This was my first visit to Hakobune and I will definitely be returning. The rooms, Clubhouse and other amenities are extremely comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the extremely warm, friendly and gracious hospitality of the staff led by Meg. She and her team made me feel like I had stayed there many times before. I have visited Japan many times, but my stay this time was most memorable.

It was like being one with nature, and I felt like I was in a secret hideout. The view from the window is as beautiful as a painting, and is so captivating that you forget the passage of time.The interior design was outstanding and the attention to detail was palpable. The fusion of modern design and natural materials is exquisite, making it extremely comfortable.Also, the hospitality of the staff was amazing. During our stay, we learned about local hidden gems, tourist spots, and information, all of which made it a wonderful experience. I felt as if I had been invited to a friend's house. Thank you very much for your help.The time I spent here was not just a vacation, but a precious time to recharge my soul. I would definitely like to visit again. My experience here is an unforgettable treasure for me.

Had an amazing stay at Hakobune with friends! We had everything we needed AND THEN some. Incredibly hospitable hosts and staff, a cafe to relax, a large conference/chapel-esque space, and kid’s room. A large laundry and dry room were perfect for our large group of ski/snowboarders. A ~10min drive to the slopes, nearby restaurants, and major airport bus liners. We’d love to come back to this lovely place and to Niseko! Thank you for having us.

The best experience ever!The home is beautifully designed. There were nice touches like snowboard/ski racks in the garage, a drying room for all of your snow gear, two laundry machines and dryers, two dishwashers, heated floors, etc. A large open kitchen and living area for family & friends to gather in.We would wake up to beautiful views of the mountains. We were so comfortable and felt right at home!In addition, the service was more than exceptional. Andrew made sure our trip had everything we needed and more! I couldn’t have asked for a better rest & relaxation experience.Would definitely come back again and again!

Amazing experience staying here! Can’t recommend highly enough. Hosts are the kindest. Close to the slopes. Heating comes from the floors. View from the living room windows are amazing, especially when it snows. 10/10!

Such an awesome experience! The house was huge and fully equipped with everything we needed. The staff were awesome, especially Andrew! The clubhouse had a golf simulator, karaoke, and really good coffee! Thank you Hakobune Niseko for such an awesome trip. I will definitely come back next time!

Amazing space! The perfect place to hose a big group. Everything is thought out from heated floors to ski racks to double dish washers, washer/dryers, and induction stoves.We loved our stay and the service was excellent!
