The view is great, especially the balcony!The BBQ restaurant next door is deliciousLawson and the whole family are within a 5-10 minute walkThe only drawback is that room cleaning needs to be improved

Stayed at Villas Fuji and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!The place was spacious, with the living area with sofa, dining and a full wet kitchen complete with microwave and toaster available for use.Rooms were spacious and with all 3 rooms included it can comfortably sleep 6 people in total.The most amazing part was not the contactless check in, but the view of Fujisan. Imagine taking your breakfast or dinner with that view; life is complete.There is an option of using their BBQ Pit at their 2nd floor balcony which also offers an unobstructed view of Fujisan but there is an additional 4,000 yen charge excluding delivery of the meat from the yakiniku restaurant, which is also highly recommended (焼肉ひまわり亭)

There are 4 beds, the bedroom is on the first floor. and has an excretory roomThe second floor has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, excretory room, and laundry room.Check-in via tabletThe second floor also has mattresses to sleep on.

advantage:The location is good for tourists who drive, there are also supermarkets nearbyThe house has a washing machine, microwave, gas stove, everything you need.When the weather is nice, you can see Mount Fuji outside the window.The price is not expensive eitherDisadvantages: For people who are used to sleeping in large beds, this single bed is really too small, and the quilt is also so small that you are afraid of falling if you turn over.Except for the bed, the overall CP is very high. It is also very convenient to use PAD in CHECK IN in various languages.

A self service & house like hotel. There are 3 units. Each unit gets a parking lot. A bit strange of the self service check in process including pre check in and at check in. The process requires a lot of video taking and photos. There is one bath rooms, two toilets, and 3 bed rooms. Beds are a bit hard but comfortable enough. The place is well maintained and clean. Towels are provided with amenities! Close to restaurants, super markets, and shopping malls. As it is located in the residential area, it is quite dark to get in and out from the hotel. Can see Fuji from the hotel.

Great place for 6 people. View of mount Fuji from balcony. A little out of the way. But good for us. Amenities are great. View outstanding

I stayed here in June 2022.The price is low, so it's recommended for groups.The view of Mt. Fuji from the room was most beautiful in the morning.◆Check-inI received a message with instructions on how to check in.Although it is written as Building B (the building in front), it is actually the building in the middle, and the PW symbol has an * (American seal) written on it, but the actual panel was marked with an * (asterisk).Also, when you enter the entrance, there is a tablet for check-in and you are asked to enter your confirmation number, etc., but I did not actually use the tablet and was confused from the beginning when trying to contact by phone.The check-in phone calls didn't connect and I didn't get a call back, so I got the impression that a lot of things were missing, probably because the overall number of reservations was decreasing due to the coronavirus.◆Corona countermeasuresI was asked to take my temperature, but the thermometer's battery was dead, so I contacted them and was asked to write something down.Air purifier available◆EquipmentMy fire TV stick was connected, but there was no remote control.◆KitchenThe only seasonings are oil and salt and pepper.Refrigerator, rice cooker, range, toaster, fish grill available (see photo for equipment)I have an IH tabletop stove, but the iron plate I put on top doesn't fit. Guests making noise until late at night.Is there no administrator?Very annoying.

Most surprising accommodation with good beds and rooms. Weird check in procedure but very acceptable for its price

Best entire villa house for the Fuji view with 3-4ppl ++ size, really clean and comfortable !
