I have to say, we were nervous about this stay, since saw no reviews. Gladly, it was great! The facilities are new, rooms are quite big for japan, the beds are SO comfortable, big shower and toilet, it’s in a very quiet era in the city, it’s 5 minutes walk to the JR station.Only thing that bothered us was the fact there’s no one to talk with there, no one really works there- so it’s bit confusing and we weren’t offer a room cleaning throughout our stay of 5 days.If you want something cheap but good- another sky is a great option.

Accommodation rather well located, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station as well as numerous buses. A good noodle restaurant not far away, just outside the station, and a Lawson's nearby. However, we did not meet anyone during our stay, neither for check-in nor for check-out. A little human contact would not have been unpleasant. Nobody at the "reception"...Concerning the room itself, it is quite spacious but sorely lacking in storage or practical accessories: coat rack/hooks, a few shelves... There was plenty of room to put some. Absence of bedside tables and lamps, it was the mini fridge which served as a tablet. If you want to put something, like your cell phone or your glasses, it's either on the fridge or on the floor. Too bad... The cleanliness was OK, nothing more. Lots of dust behind the TV, some dirt under the beds and the fridge. In the bathroom, there is also a lack of storage: sufficiently large towel rack, shower curtain, shelf... the hot water system was not easy to understand and we therefore took a few cool showers. A short user manual would have been useful. The room's trash can is very small for several days and when it is full, you don't know what to do with your waste. A pile of trash bags has formed in the hallway on the ground floor, it's not great. And at the same time, no common trash can or anything else.In short, a mixed stay.
