The staff at Niseko Kyo really deserve special mention. We visited during our honeymoon at a very slow period in Niseko, after the summer peak and before the winter really began. I would say that the front desk staff and everyone we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. We always remember this part of our honeymoon fondly because of their kindness and generosity.The only small critique I have of the accommodations themselves is that the building really is setup better for families that are renting units with multiple bedrooms. As two people renting a one bedroom the highest floor/best view we could get was on the 3rd floor where you are still very much level with the buildings around you.I would still highly recommend staying at Niseko Kyo, but it is worth mentioning before booking.

I stayed here last season on a solo trip. I had a great time but they have set up booking for families only, not making it possible to book the one bedroom for individuals. Not something I can support. This is a great location and I hope you don’t continue to block solo travelers from staying at Niseko Kyo. Our money is just as good as everyone else, plus we usually have friends that we meet while there. You’re just ignoring part of the market which will only hurt your business.

We are so happy to have found this place. This is our second trip to Niseko and hope this will be our repeat location. A true ski in/ski out location with very friendly and attentive staff. We had the 3 bedroom premium room with private onsen. Not only did we have one private onsen off of the living room with a view of the family lift area, we had another one in our primary bathroom as well. The aesthetics of the interior and amenities in the hotel were absolutely gorgeous.The staff (Reo, Lisa, Eliza, Duncan, Fletcher, Ryan, Tristan, Cara, Ned) were all excellent, very friendly and helpful in many aspects. We got some great recommendations for restaurants and 3 mornings, we had a car take us to the Hirafu Gondola.We look forward to another stay in the future at the Niseko Kyo!

We went for 3 nights and staying at this hotel made the experience incredible. The staff Duncan and Cara were extremely helpful in checking in, storing our luggage, helping us get rentals, and starting our day on the slopes. The ski in and ski out was super convenient, with an equipment valet on the bottom floor to store everything. Duncan and Leo were very helpful when we checked out, storing our luggage and allowing us to get a final half day of skiing in before our bus back to Sapporo. We're definitely coming back here next year!

Had an amazing stay at Kyo, special thanks to Cara for making our trip so special, with awesome recommendations and help making reservations at some of the best spot around.The location couldn't get any better, being in the heart of town and backing straight onto a ski run. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great experience staying at Niseko Kyo. Duncan, Leo, and Cara ensured that we had the best time. Convenient ski in ski out, along with ski valet made the whole skiing experience super easy. Would definitely come back.
