I looked for a hotel with a balcony and stayed here, but unfortunately the door to the balcony couldn't be opened for safety reasons, but the hotel was clean and stylish with a wonderful view of Mt. Yotei from the window. It was a nice room.I checked in at an affiliated hotel, received a PIN number to use as a key, and when checking out, all I had to do was call.It was an unusual system with no staff on site, but I didn't feel any inconvenience. There was a musty smell only in the lobby on the first floor, but the room was odorless and kept clean, making it a comfortable stay. There is a parking lot for 4 cars under the hotel, and if there is no space available, you can park in the large parking lot diagonally across.

Awesome location, comfortable room, exceptional customer service.Location is 5 minutes walk from the Ace Family chair. There's a bit of a hill, but not bad. Right on the heart of Hirafu, with plentiful food options minutes away.Room is huge (for Japan). Two twin beds plus sofa / coffee table area. Huge bathroom. Convenient ski locker storage on first floor. Free washer / dryer on first floor.Customer service is outstanding. Front desk understood English. They answered all my questions promptly. They have two shuttle services: one that does a loop, and another for Kutchan pickup and dropoffs. They be also arranged for Yamato transport of our skis to our next destination. Only $20 to Tokyo!Only weird thing is that Miru Nozomi Views is an apartment building. Front desk is not manned at all. You need to check in at their hotel Miru Niseko. But their shuttle will take you from Kutchan to Miru Niseko for check in, then to Miru Nozomi Views.Overall, excellent accommodations for a fantastic price. Hope to stay here again in the future.

What I like: Our room is beautiful- direct view of mt. Yotei. Bed is comfortable. Laundry is convenient. What I wish they have: ski locker do not have air vent, if you leave your wet boots there, it will still be wet.Not enough closet space, can’t fit all the ski equipment and luggage.Shower area has only one hook, no place to hang wet towel.Overall is a pleasant place to stay.

I used it for climbing Mt. Yotei. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and access to the Kutchan trailhead is just over 10 minutes. The rooms are designed to suit overseas guests, with spacious baths and separate showers that are comfortable to use. Also, I was happy that Apple TV was provided. There was a kitchen and utensils, so it seemed like you could stay there for a few days.

The check-in location is another hotel, which is some distance away from the actual accommodation location. It would be better to drive by yourself. The room facilities include kitchenware, washing machine and other equipment, which is very convenient for travelers like us! It can be easily cooked. Even if the microwave breaks down, the staff can respond quickly and deal with it!The point is, you can see Mt. Yotei from the large glass windows. Unfortunately, the glass windows may not be easy to clean and are foggy, but it does not affect my evaluation of this hotel!

Please note that the reception is in a separate building (about 5 minutes by car). Correspondence is normalThe room has a modern interior and is simple, but the cleaning seems sloppy. walls are thinThe water area has a calm atmosphere due to slightly dim lighting. Difficult to control shower temperatureThe thing that bothered me the most was that the pillowcases sometimes smelled. However, I feel that it can't be helped to some extent since the price is quite reasonable. The location is great.

Accommodation on May 11, 2023. Although the ski resort has been closed, there are almost no tourists on the road, and many shops are closed, but it is very quiet and safe. The hotel is very clean and has good supplies. The bed is very good and the toilet is very big. It is similar to AirB&B and has no one to manage. Use the password. There is access control, but when booking a room, please note that you must check in at another place before visiting this hotel. Each room is divided into two rooms, AB, at the entrance. The space is quite large. This is my first time to Niseko. I want to stay here next time I go skiing. The staff at the front desk can communicate in English and the service is very good.
