If you want to experience the dual nature of employees, we recommend this place. This is written by a resident of Hyogo Prefecture who can't take it anymore. My wife wanted to eat delicious tofu from Kyoto, so we went to Hirano Tofu. My wife went to the Hirano Tofu store, and since the road in front of Hirano Tofu was narrow, I turned around and waited for her on the larger road. The road where I parked was in front of Tawaraya Ryokan. Then, a group of old men who were massaging their hands came out from the Tawaraya Ryokan, bent over, and surrounded the car. They ask you incomprehensible questions such as "What's your name?" and "What about your reservation?" Haha. I realized that I was mistaken for a guest, so I quickly said, ``Excuse me. My wife is out shopping for tofu.'' or ``Parking is prohibited here,'' or ``I parked in front of someone else's entrance.'' Don't stop!'' A storm of insults surrounded the car. Where did that low attitude go? What a terrible turn of events. I am astonished. The road traffic law applies to the ban on parking, whether you are a guest of Tawaraya Ryokan or a tourist coming from Kobe, so please be careful even if you are staying at Tawaraya Ryokan.I often stay at inns and hotels where I go on hot spring tours or on business trips, and I can tell whether the hotel is truly top-notch or not just by how they deal with complaints and mistakes.I think it was my fault for giving in a hundred steps and then stopping at the entrance of the inn without realizing it, but that kind of backhanded response is a Kyoto memory that I will never forget. Well, I don't think you'll be able to stay overnight in Kyoto since it's so close...

This is my second stay.Last time I stayed in a room on the second floor, but this time I stayed in a room called Midori because I wanted a room with a view of the garden. The room was not large, but the deep courtyard was so beautiful that dinner time arrived in no time just by looking at it.It is an inn where the food is delicious and there is nothing to complain about. My dream is to stay there someday for New Year's.

I often visited an inn, but a foreigner came into the garden and looked into my room. Even if I was in my room, I couldn't relax because there were foreigners wandering around the garden that I could see. There are many things I like about the room, including the furniture and the Papa Bear chair. The food is delicious and I like everything except for this one thing...

Beautiful Ryokan with a very traditional vibe. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Kaiseki meal was amazing, many fresh and high quality ingredients. Definitely recommend staying a night there if you visit Kyoto, an amazing way to experience the traditional Japanese hospitality. Arrive early to enjoy the vibe and experience in peace.

It's like they have a sensor attached to their customer service. I thought that they were probably looking into us and kept the books that were in the room. However, even though I had told them in advance about the ingredients I was allergic to, they were still included in the meal. That's too bad. I sent almost 10 emails to the travel agent. No one has explained why it was included. We've been talking about this for months now. Perhaps my expectations were too high. I'd like to stay there at least once in my life, but the service is below average, so if you're not sure, I don't think you need to go there. The characteristic is that it is old. In my case, it wasn't worth the price.

My daughter and I stayed (1) night at this highly revered ryokan, and enjoyed every minute of our magical stay. This is a wonderfully traditional and historical ryokan, exactly what we were hoping for. …

I stayed there a few years ago and it was such a moving experience that I decided to stay there the night before my wedding.I've been wondering about this for a while, but I decided to post it for future reference.I was busy with the wedding rehearsal and was going to be late for dinner, so I called in advance to let them know that I would be late. Although I had checked in in advance, I arrived 10 minutes late. As soon as I arrived, the person in charge of my feet told me to please make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. I was told this with a straight face, and in an awkward atmosphere, I headed to my inn in silence. Of course, there was no famous warabi mochi, nor was there any information inside the facility. I thought it was our fault for being late so there was nothing we could do about it.I was surprised when I was shown inside the room and asked if it was my wedding. When making a reservation over the phone, let us know that you would like to stay to commemorate your wedding and we will get you a nice room! Even though I got a high-grade room because of the recommendation...I couldn't even remember the explanations for the meals since the beginning of the month. At first, I was smiling as I ate, thinking that such things can happen, but to be honest, I was disappointed because I lost track of or forgot most of the explanations halfway through. . Are you a professional? I think it's on a level that can't be dismissed as charm. The breakfast menu was served in reverse order for me and him, and when the taxi arrived, I asked him to carry my luggage, and when I tried to roll my suitcase down next to me, I found that it hadn't been zipped up yet. So all my luggage fell over onto the floor. Is there no way to confirm if I can carry this? Somehow, the whole thing felt sloppy, rough, and had a strong sense of assembly line work. The food is certainly delicious and the futons are soft. However, it seemed like the richness and warmth of the feeling I had when I stayed there before had been lost.I'm posting this because I want to let you know that some people have felt this way. I understand that you are busy, but I hope things get better.
