I used it at the Niseko Classic in June.We have all the kitchen utensils available, which is very helpful.Drinks and nutrition bars were also provided for Niseko.Check-in hours are limited. You will receive an email in advance, so please reply. You can check in even if it's late.The room is clean.We have everything you need for daily life such as laundry and towels.

What a wonderful apartment, very good value, clean, modern and comfortable. Just below the main road between upper and lower Hirafu so easily accessible. Staff were friendly and love the transport service to and from airport connections. Can wholly recommend for ski holidays (and probably summer trips too)!

Great location. Very spacious and comfortable condo. Ski lockers for storage was nice. In unit laundry too.Amazing service from the staff. Genesis is the man!! He was super helpful and very friendly. 5 stars for him alone.

This would be the worst place to stay in Hirafu in 20 years of coming to Japan |We stayed in a studio apartment |It’s dark and dreary our out look is a concrete wall |lighting is very poor and not a comfortable seat in the room |It’s noisy at night |A very depressing room and there photos on line are very deceiving

The unit we had was on the ground floor and entrance to basement parking, with no privacy at all.And unluckily, just opposite, there was some renovation. We can't open the windows as there was quite a bit of noise. There unit was quite dark if the lights were not switched on. There is no air con in the bedroom only in the living, hence you cannot closed the door when sleeping if you want some cool air in the room.We were taken a back when we stepped into the reception area, it had a fishy smell, and the area and corridor just looked like a basement carpark area. Luckily, the apt is clean and new. We were then relieved.Mr Xin was polite and helpful. He explained the necessary upon check-in and allowed us to check out 2 hrs later.

Unfortunately, it was raining on both days of our trip, but the staff were so helpful that we were able to spend our time feeling sunny.I was concerned that the light in the bathroom in one room wasn't on, but I think the light bulb was probably burnt out.I tried to contact the staff, but I heard that they have fixed working hours and that the front desk will be unavailable after we arrive and check in, so I didn't contact them.For future reference, it would be a good idea to check when cleaning or before entering the room.
