Beautiful hotel.1. Staffs are very helpful and nice. They will make sure to welcome you and greet you upon entering. They will also send you off when you are leaving the hotel. They will even make sure you exit their carpark safely if you driving!2. The boss will also serve you tea during breakfast buffet. Very friendly gentleman. You will not miss him as he has a human size display at the entrance in the breakfast restaurant.3. Onsen in the room is a great point. Hot stone is a great way to detox too. Simply a good and traditional Japanese style hotel but still having the modern touch.4. Food is marvellous too. Definitely will be back.This is the defintely the grand finale for my family travelling for past 10 days in Japan.5 stars or more!!

It was definitely the best hotel in the past. I am very satisfied with everything from the food, hospitality, customer service, baths, and bedrock baths.It was raining so hard, but I was very moved that they saw me off until the last moment when I could no longer see them.I will definitely come again! !Thank you for your great hospitality 😊

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us outside.Inside the hotel, the service was attentive to every detail and I felt comfortable.The food was also delicious and I ended up eating way too much.Also, it's nice to be able to eat curry for a late night snack.Also, perhaps by chance, not a single foreigner stopped by.However, there is one point, even if it is not a coffee shop,The coffee is a strong coffee,It wasn't delicious., I think I'd like you to put a little more effort into it.It has also become one of my favorite hotels to visit.

The staff were very accommodating and made me feel really comfortable!The room with an open-air bath is very clean and has a massage chair, so I highly recommend it! !The breakfast was one of the best buffets I've ever stayed at, and it was truly an impressive breakfast! Beef stew was delicious!I would like to stay there again! !

This is an inn that puts a lot of effort and wisdom into everything from dinner, breakfast, and baths. High points include the head chef's special dinner, the charming waitress, the president himself serving miso soup for breakfast, Arashi no Yu, private baths, and a wide range of amenities. Only the design of the room was not good.

Thank you for your help on our family trip.Anyway, the hospitality is polite.I was so grateful that everyone was kind enough to make me feel humbled.The food is just great! I was in such a good mood that I drank too much beer at dinner, so I wasn't able to enjoy the curry for dinner, but I thoroughly enjoyed the ``impressive breakfast.''It's a luxury inn, so I can't use it often, but I'd like to go again on my anniversary.

The hot springs were spacious, calm, and very relaxing. The staff was kind and the stay was comfortable.

It was a truly wonderful inn.Of course the food was delicious and the hot springs were great, but most of all I was impressed by the service.Welcome drinks include juice, coffee, and champagne.At Arashi-no-Yu, beer is served after your bath.You can use nail sets freely, play table tennis and darts for free,For dinner, we were served delicious curry and wine for free in the lobby.And the customer service was wonderful.I was impressed. I would love to hear from you again.

From check-in to check-out, the service of all the staff involved was truly warm and wonderful.There aren't many young staff members, just dandy old men. And everyone is very polite and friendly.She spoke kindly to the children and made us feel relaxed.There is attentive service throughout the hotel.(Welcome drink, lots of magazines neatly arranged in the lobby, nail corner, barley tea after bathing, a variety of shampoos to choose from, nail clippers and sewing sets in the room, etc.)The private baths seemed to be used not only by families with children, but also by people with elderly family members in wheelchairs. The private bath was by far the largest I've ever stayed in. The open feeling of the high ceiling is very pleasant.There are cribs everywhere, and there are spaces where diapers can be easily changed. We also have Samue for children, and children's amenities are also available in the room. (Slippers, towel, toothbrush) "Please enjoy the hot springs even if you are not in diapers," she said.(In the end, I didn't go to the public bath because I used a private bath, but I was glad to hear that.)The ``impressive breakfast'' was truly impressive.Each item was carefully made and presented, and there was no ready-made food like what you would expect from a deli, and everything was made with great care. There was a wide variety of drinks, including amazake and black sesame soy milk, so I couldn't try them all (lol).The president poured green tea for each table. When I noticed that a small child at a nearby table was having a hard time eating the fruit, a staff member immediately said, ``I'll cut it up for you,'' making it easier to eat like a child's lunch. ,, It was so nice that everyone was smiling.At the time of check-in, they gave us detailed information about the building and the emergency exits, and when we saw them off, they took a family photo with us, and the hostess and staff saw us off.The hospitality that has tended to be cut short in recent years was fully covered. It felt like there was.This time I came with my kids, but it was a wonderful inn that made me want to bring my parents as well.
