This time, I stopped by to purchase 10,000 yen worth of souvenirs. As expected of Hiramatsu, their email and phone responses are excellent. It was a selfish request, but thank you for your response.

I decided to stay here for the conference and made a reservation. It's close to Karasuma-Oike Station, so it's a little hard to find, but the staff came to pick us up and made a good impression from the beginning.I had a Japanese-style meal.It was delicious with good ingredients and chef Masaki's knife skills. They also served sophisticated drinks. My wife says she wants to make this our permanent home in Kyoto. The rooms are also spacious and clean. The bath and toilet are also perfect.

I stayed at three hotels during my trip to Kyoto: two four-star hotels and one five-star hotel. Without a doubt, this hotel was my favorite. It offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city, making it perfect for a city walk. You can explore hidden culinary gems and small shops in the nearby residential areas. Despite its central location, the surroundings are quiet at night, ensuring a good night's rest. The hotel's service and room design pay great attention to detail and aesthetics. During my stay, it rained for a few days, and this hotel was the only one among the three that proactively provided umbrellas for guests at the entrance. This small gesture made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kyoto.

It is an AMAZING hotel with clean rooms, delicious breakfast, great location and impressive service. My friend and I stayed at this hotel for six nights in total. On the last day when we departed to Kansai airport, there were hiccups in the taxi arrangement but the hotel staff quickly solved the problem for us. As we were in a rush to catch our HARUKA train, I accidentally left my Japanese sweet at hotel lobby. When I sat on the train and felt sad about my favourite sweet, I saw a hotel female staff bending with my sweet bag on her hands and checking each window one by one on the platform. It is unbelievable the a hotel staff would make such huge efforts to send my sweet to the platform and pass to me. I got my sweet back with tears in my eyes. Thank you so much HIRAMATSU hotel for giving me and my friend such unforgettable memories. I also like to thank Karin who served me the Japanese breakfast during my stay. She is a lovely and considerate lady to find out I love the pickled vegetables in the breakfast. She proactively offered her help and ordered the pickle from their supplier. I will definitely stay at the hotel again whenever I visit Kyoto. Thank you so much!
