I used it for 2 nights and 3 days in mid-November. Because I was chasing the extraordinary experience of traveling, I never got to the point where I could take advantage of the everyday life of a townhouse. I would like to use it again for a long time. In terms of convenience, the bus stop in front of the prefectural government office is the most convenient.

I used it on a trip with 4 adult women.I was able to spend a relaxing time in a townhouse located in a quiet residential area despite being located in the center of the city. The inn was spacious enough for four people to spend time together, and you could feel the warmth of the wood wherever you were. In particular, the cypress bath had a nice cypress scent and a large bathtub.I didn't have time to make full use of the kitchen because I was so greedy and went everywhere, but I had almost everything I needed to make tea and coffee and heat up the food I had bought, so I was able to use it at home. It felt like I was at home. Our plan included breakfast at the adjacent bakery ``Today'', so we were able to enjoy a very delicious breakfast at our leisure. When I checked in at the front desk, I was treated politely, and I was very happy with the detailed attention to detail.Thank you very much (*^^*)

It's right next to the bakery. The image is of a spacious and beautiful guest house.Compared to ordinary inns and hotels, the area is very large and can be used spaciously. It's a little difficult to go back and forth between the 1st and 2nd floors, but it might make you feel more relaxed. The cypress bath has a very soothing smell. However, it was disappointing that there were few amenities and basic cosmetics such as makeup remover and lotion were not available. (I didn't even have a comb to loosen my hair)It's not a place with a good viewI think it's a good spot for couples to relax, but I don't think it's suitable for people who want to feel the hospitality of an inn or hotel because it feels like a guest house.

Close to the imperial palace and close to the subway, easy access◎Takeyamachi is a must-see for bread lovers. There is a delicious bakery attached, and you can have a private breakfast before the store opens. Books related to bread are lined up near the entrance of the inn, making it a small art exhibit. The fluffy futon and cypress bath are the best. However, the main bedroom is on the first floor, so you can hear some noise from the bakery.

This is an inn that was just opened in September 2020. My husband and I used it on September 29th.Despite being in the city, it was very quiet and I had a relaxing time. If the surroundings are quiet, of course we need to be careful not to make loud noises, but if you think that loud voices and noises are not suitable for this area, it is nothing. The bathtub is made of large cypress. It's too big for one person to be in, and unless you're very tall, you might drown. The overall atmosphere of the house was so natural that it gave the illusion of being at home.I felt comfortable wherever I was.The front desk is near Kyoto Station, so it may feel inconvenient, but if you think that it's not too convenient and you want to spend a relaxing time, there's nothing to complain about. I think one of the attractions is the courteous response from the front desk staff.
