It is conveniently located 7-8 minutes walk north from the remote island terminal. It's 4000 yen per night. This is probably the cheapest hotel or guesthouse in this area that has private rooms, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. The rooms have plenty of space and are larger than your average business hotel, making you feel comfortable.I stayed for 2 nights and the towels were changed every night. You can access the rooms on the second floor using the external stairs without having to go through the front desk. There is a kitchen space next to the front desk, which seems to accommodate long-term stays.I think I will use it again the next time I have a chance to go to Ishigaki Island.

Private room guesthouse 4000 yen per night. Lowest price in central Ishigaki. The owner had a unique personality, telling guests who asked questions about the facilities, ``I don't have as much free time as you guys.'' There is a sense of filth throughout.

I think it's the lowest price for a private room on Ishigaki Island at 4,000 yen per night. Anything below this price is a dormitory or capsule hotel. The room was clean. There is no TV, but there is Wi-Fi. There was no one there when I was there, but the walls are thin, so if there were people next to me, I think I could hear the noise. I guess it's okay if you don't mind shared baths and toilets. The location is within a ten minute walk to town. Access is via outside stairs.

Since I was traveling, I just called to see if they had towels so I could reduce the amount of things I brought with me, but they just laughed at me and explained to me.In the end, he got angry and hung up.

The location was very convenient as it was close to downtown. The room I stayed in was a private room with a refrigerator, desk, and chair. Bath towels and face towels are also provided, and if you stay multiple nights, they will replace them the next day. The sound is so loud that it depends on the other guests. On the second night, I was woken up by the loud talking, laughing, and other noises of two other guests who had come home drunk after 3 a.m. After that, the talking and noises continued for about an hour, making it the worst. As a private room, the accommodation rate was cheap and good.As for the shared facilities, the washrooms and baths seemed to be appropriate for the price, but they were old and lacked cleanliness. Is the hair dryer in the floor lobby? I can put it in there and use it without any problems. The toilet is shared and has a washlet, but it was clean and I had no complaints. The microwave was broken, but you can use the one on the first floor, so it's not a problem. To check out, all you have to do is drop your ticket into the return box located at the reception on the first floor.

20230908The location is good as it is close to the downtown area. The person at the reception desk will often ask if your hearing is a little hard, and ask, "Huh?"It might be a good idea to say it out loud. There was a shared bathroom on the first floor, and there was also a bathtub.Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are also available. However, the curtain that separates the changing room cannot be closed completely, so it may be difficult for women to use it.The bathroom itself has a solid door. There are also shared toilets on each floor.By the way, it was a washlet. There was a shared hair dryer near the sink. The dining room on the first floor? I found a microwave somewhere.I think it might be useful. The room has an air conditioner, a refrigerator, a bed, a desk, and a chair. There is no TV.When I opened the refrigerator, there was chuhai and rice balls, probably left behind by the previous guest. The rooms are private so you can have some privacy, but the walls are very thin.I could hear walking in the hallway, doors opening and closing, and even the sound of the air conditioner being turned on.There is no washing machine, but there is a drying space on the third floor. It may not be a problem if you don't mind noise, but whether you can sleep well depends on the other guests. In other words, it's luck (lol)By the way, I guess I was lucky.Well, it might be a good idea to experience something like this once in a while.
