The location is good, but those who are not good with insects and reptiles may want to be careful.good point)・You can really feel the nature・Onigiri served for breakfast・It's close to the airport and in the center of the island, so it's easy to access anywhere.Bad points)・Dozens of geckos and frogs surround the hotel entrance at night. When you get close, they fly and run all at once, so it's a terrible sight.・The door to the room is a sliding door similar to a hospital room, and there are many gaps, so voices from inside the room can be heard clearly in the hallway.・As a result, geckos and insects got into the room, and because I had left my luggage on the floor, they got inside as well.・I went to the front desk to see if I could change my room, but there was no one there, and it seemed like there was no one at the hotel at night.・When I call, I am asked several times if I can't stand it.good point)・My wife was there too, so I asked her to change my room, and she changed my room (I just had to wait 30-40 minutes).・I couldn't stay the second night, so I canceled and received a full refund.The hotel staff said that everyone staying on Ishigaki Island is aware that geckos may appear in their rooms, but they also said that they receive many similar inquiries, such as requests to change rooms. )It seems like they are used to dealing with this issue and it was handled smoothly.You might be surprised if you are imagining a normal response like being surprised and apologizing.

Thank you for using our hotel. The staff were also polite and very nice. The location was also very good, 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from the city. If you stay at a hotel in the city, the price will be high, and you won't be able to settle down and enjoy the nature of Ishigaki Island. I would like to use it again.

It's just over 10 minutes from the airport on Route 390, so it's very convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. Although it is barrier-free, there is no discomfort. The only negative point is that it feels strange to take off your shoes at the entrance. There is currently no restaurant, but you can use electronic ovens and toaster ovens, and sell wine, drinks, and small foods. There are convenience stores and restaurants within 10-20 minutes of walking. The garden is grassy and feels nice.

Special elderly nursing home? Ordinary nursing home? Use the vacant property as is. The hospitality of the staff members is amazing ⭐︎3. However, the inside is completely special. . . At least I'd like the floor to be carpeted or something, and I'd like the doors to be regular doors instead of special care doors. Also, the slippers are tight. At least, at least, stop wearing those awful Showa-era vinyl slippers.

I stayed at an inn in the annex, Sanshoen Ishigaki, and went to this hotel to get the key. It's a quiet, beautiful place within Ishigaki with good transportation access.The staff treated us in a very pleasant manner, with the courtesy of a 4-star hotel and the kindness of islanders.The customer service after check-out was also very kind, and I went from being moved to respecting him as a person.Next time, I would definitely like to stay at Sanshoen Akaishi!

I was excited the moment I arrived at the hotel surrounded by greenery♪There is a spacious lawn where you can relax on a cute swing while looking at the starry sky, and you can also watch the spectacular sunrise at Inoda Beach, which is about a 5-minute drive from the hotel!Also, my heart was warmed by meeting the loving owner.I want to come back again soon.I'm glad that such a place was created on Ishigaki Island 🌈thank you very much! ︎

I was impressed by the owner's personality! I can feel the love for each and every thing in the hotel, and I really feel the hospitality shown to the guests.The art in the room is also very nice 😌🌈Of course the sea is beautiful, but I was also impressed by the vast nature that spreads out behind the hotel.I will definitely go again when I go to Ishigaki!

Amazing.. Highly recommend!Kind and helpful staff, the location is great.The yard in this hotel is beyond peaceful, with amazing night sky views, relaxing hammocks and other comfortable seating for a nice time to have some drinks and unwind with good friends!Will stay here again!!

The bathtub is spacious so you can relax from your travels♪On a clear night, the sky is full of stars ☆It's barrier-free, so it's also recommended for small children, the elderly, and people with disabilities! The staff including the owner were very kind.Since it was the end of the year, we were treated to freshly made rice cakes. I could really feel the hotel's desire for its guests to enjoy themselves. It was a wonderful trip that made me realize that not only is it important where you go and who you go with, but also where you stay is important. it's recommended.

Great for relaxing!The room is spacious and fully equipped.It feels like a resort to relax in the well-maintained garden in the morning and evening.The location is easy to get to both north and south of Ishigaki Island, and it's quiet and relaxing without the crowds in the city.All the staff were kind and nice.Breakfast was also delicious.I would like to repeat it again!

The hotel itself is new, but the building looks like a renovated nursing facility, so it doesn't look new. The wallpaper was pretty dirty, and the bathroom wasn't very clean either, probably because it was so humid. Also, personally, bugs are really tough for me...There are a lot of bugs, from small to large. Those who are not good at it should be prepared. lolIf you think of it as a guest house, I think it's a good hotel because the cost performance is good and the staff are kind.

Not sure what’s with some of the negativity here surrounding this great establishment.Spent a night here and would definitely recommend it to families seeking a private and quiet time. The operators and workers are are great at making you feel at home and always seeking whether anything requires help. The Japanese form of hospitality defiantly present here.The rooms are huge and comfy , the beds are amazingly supportive , breakfast has a hearty feel to it.What’s more important is the entire hotel is built to a standard that’s has full accessibility for anyone with special needs or physical disabilities.
