I stayed here on a family trip. The location was just a few minutes walk from Marutamachi Station, and it was also easily accessible from Kyoto Station. There were four adults and one baby, and it was just the right size. The living room was warm with a sunken kotatsu, and the kitchen area was warm with underfloor heating. Rice cookers, toasters, etc. are available from Balmuda and are quite stylish. The food I brought in with my family to eat was delicious (^^) The drip coffee and tea were also very delicious! One thing: I didn't have any spare tissue paper, so I ended up blowing my nose with kitchen paper, so I would appreciate it if you could improve this. Also, it's quite noisy. When I was sleeping in the middle of the night, I could hear people talking on the street in front of me. I was also concerned about the sound of cars passing by. Please think carefully if you are bringing a baby who is sensitive to noise!

I often use it when I come to Kyoto. Although it is difficult to make reservations, you can easily enjoy the feeling of being in a Kyoto townhouse, and the rooms have heated floors as well as the baths, so you can spend a comfortable time there. There is a van shop within a 1-minute walk, and the subway station is also nearby, making it conveniently located.

It was my first time staying in a rented house, and I felt so luxurious being able to have such a wonderful space all to myself. It was great to be able to eat whatever I wanted with my kids (with nice tableware) without worrying about the time. My husband and I agreed that we wanted this as it felt good even on the uneven floor! There were a lot of steps in the townhouse, so I was worried that my 6-month-old child would fall on them, but I always take care when there are so many steps, so it was okay.My 3 year old child loved the bath and didn't want to get out of the bath!I would like to stay there again if I have a chance!

The interior of the room, furniture, and equipment are perfect, but it would be better to thoroughly inspect the facilities. There were four of us staying there, and when we took turns taking a bath in the evening, when the third person came, the artificial carbon dioxide panel started making noises, the "gas empty" light flashed, and there was no hot water. When I called the management company, they couldn't tell me the situation over the phone, but they immediately came to inspect it, and they told me that the gas had run out. They replaced the gas, but I was told that the pressure was low and that the same problem might occur again. It was already past 00:30 when the hot water started running again, and the remaining two of us rushed to take a bath, feeling tired.Don't you have to inspect all the equipment before your guests stay? Especially the artificial carbonated spring is the highlight of this property.I thought the management company had reported this to the operating company (I signed that report as well), but I haven't heard from the operating company regarding this matter for three weeks now.P.S. Plan's sweets class was very interesting!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and quaint, it was a home outside of home. I slept like a rock in the futons provided.

The maple leaves in Kyoto were extremely beautiful at the end of November. Staying at Wennosho Marutamachi #7 made my trip even more perfect.Away from the subway, transportation is convenient, and quiet in the bustle. While retaining the traditional appearance of Kyoto, the equipment is top-notch and novel, neat, clean and beautiful. It's really touching. In the future, I will choose Wennosho when traveling to Kyoto.
