For the low price range, it's not as bad as some other reviews. The room I used had a futon instead of a bed, so I was just wondering if that was a good idea. The hot springs are lukewarm as the source is lukewarm.

I was surprised when I arrived and accepted the reception!The name of the inn proudly states ``Yamashiro Onsen'' and ``Hot Spring,'' but it says, ``The public bath is open for use from 6pm to 10pm.''picture? ? Is it only available for 4 hours?So, what time can you use it in the morning?When I asked him, he said, "You can't come in in the morning."What is that? (lol)It was certainly cheap and I made a reservation on the same day, but I didn't do any research when making the reservation, which was also my fault, but this is the first time I've stayed at an inn where you can only use the hot springs for 4 hours.There were many long hairs that appeared to be women's hair falling in the room, so I wondered if they had cleaned it. I have doubts about hygiene, and it's a little scary and uncomfortable.The rooms are okay, but I would like them to at least clean the rooms thoroughly so that the guests don't feel uncomfortable.Next, there is no choice of accommodation here. disappointing

The first thing I thought when I entered was how filthy it was.The building had been converted into a condominium, perhaps because it had been purchased from a condominium.The staff were sloppy. Is it a Chinese person?The customer base seemed to be mostly Chinese.The bathroom in the room was also filthy with black mold and stains on the walls.This time I went on a trip with my parents and stayed at the accommodation they took for us, but I don't think there will be a second time. I think so.

There was no space available near Kofu, so I stayed here. It's an old building with no air conditioners in the hallways and it's scorching hot, and the air conditioners in the rooms don't work as well.The public bath can only be used for a few hours at night.Is this a hot spring? No hot spring feelingIs this an inn for Chinese tourists?

I'm surprised that it's still open after being renovated.Some guests were bothered by the smell of sewage in some rooms, probably because they were under renovation.There were a lot of foreign customersSmoking is prohibited inside the building, and there is only one ashtray outside the front desk.For consecutive nights, there was no cleaning, and towels were brought out from the 1st floor and had to be provided by yourself.

I think this is a hotel for people who value money. Parking is also free.I stayed alone for 2 nights when I went to Kofu for work during a 3-day weekend in February 2024. Since it was a long holiday, other business hotels would have cost at least 7,500 yen per night, but this one had free parking and was 10,600 yen including tax for two nights. Considering the same price in the same area at the same time, it was quite cheap since there were only capsules and dormitories.I also used it on a business trip on a Saturday in April 2024, and I would like to add that it was 4,770 yen including tax for one person and one night. Business hotels at the same time in February and April were more than 2,000 to 3,000 yen more expensive than here, even without parking.There was a large public bath (the water was always lukewarm because there were a lot of foreign guests), and the room and unit bath were fairly clean. The receptionist is always Chinese, but of course Japanese is not a problem.However, although the sheets were of course clean, the futon and pillows had signs of use, and the futon used as a mattress was thin, so I personally didn't find it very comfortable to sleep on. The building looks like an apartment converted into a hotel, and many of the hallways have no wallpaper, and everything except the rooms isn't very clean. I didn't use the cafeteria because I was staying without meals, but it felt like an old school cafeteria.I get the impression that most of the customers are foreigners and young people attending club activities. Overall, it's a cheap hotel, so if you're looking for a certain level of hospitality, it might be better to pay 2,000 to 3,000 yen more and choose another hotel. If you are nervous, I think you should avoid it.However, I don't think it's that bad as a reasonable hotel for the price, so if you're on a business trip and want to stay overnight without meals, I think this would be an option.

Honestly, it was the worst.When I went in and opened the refrigerator, I found bean sprouts and coffee that had expired two days before.I was scared, thinking someone was living there, so I didn't stay the night and went home.You should definitely stop doing it.

A public bath and an apartment were forcibly combined and renovated into an inn.The construction of the building gives it a suspicious feel, but I didn't have any problems staying there.However, if you are a nervous person, I think it is better to quit.

The woman at the front desk was kind.If you just want to sleep in the room, it's not particularly difficult as it has a TV, refrigerator, and bathroom.The large hot spring bath, which is open only from 6pm to 10pm, is reserved for private use, so we took our time. I'm staying overnight without meals and there are no convenience stores nearby, so I don't know what I'll have for food if I don't have a car.

I stayed here on March 27, 2024.It is located approximately 5 minutes by car from National Route 20, almost within the grounds of Kose Sports Park.38,200 yen per adult for 4 nights from Thursday to Sunday. 9550 yen per night, expensive.I regret that I should have looked at the reviews below and chose this place.It is true that there are a lot of Chinese people and the common areas (front desk, public bath, elevators, etc.) are dirty and slippers are a must. The slippers aren't even cleaned and left at the entrance, and it's unsanitary because someone takes off their slippers and the next person puts them on.I took it back to my room and washed it before using it.It can't be helped that the facilities are old, but at least they should be cleaned and cleaned.The front desk staff was also Chinese, so I assumed that this was a Chinese hotel.The room was probably a renovated rental apartment, and it was spacious enough and clean as it had been renovated. In other words, it was exactly like an apartment.Overall, the common areas are dirty and old.The room seems to have been recently renovated, so it's clean. However, I don't think I'll come back again.If it's 9,550 yen, I'll go to a nearby major store because it's cheaper and the service is better.

The entire building is non-smoking, but there is a smell of resin everywhere, and the smell transfers just by pressing the elevator button.I had to cover the tattered futon with sheets myself.

Reserve a Japanese-style room for 1 person.The front desk is staffed by a man who seems to be a foreigner who speaks only a few words.The room is a Japanese-style room (resin tatami), about 6 tatami mats in size, air conditioner, TV (wall-mounted), refrigerator, electric kettle, teacup, tea (tea bags), unit bath with toilet, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, There is a razor.This is a hotel you should avoid if you are concerned about cleanliness or are sensitive to noise.There was a large lump of what appeared to be crushed ice in the refrigerator that had melted and solidified again. And the frost is terrible...The teacup is dirty with tea stains.The futon is torn and dirty, and it's like a cheap futon (lol)I can hear the sound of walking in the hallway and the sound of the hinges clicking when the door closes.The futon is completely useless! I can't rest.Mites can be scary in the summer...I tried staying there because it was close to work, but I won't be doing it again.It is better to stay at a hotel where you can receive normal services for around 6,000 to 7,000 yen.

I used it for an event, but even when I checked in at 3pm, there was no staff. A friend of mine called the Chinese owner and told him there was a customer, but he said he wouldn't come.After an hour of waiting, a part-time worker came to work after 4pm, but he could only speak broken Japanese.Baths are only available from 6pm to 10pm. Not in the morning or any other time. Also, although it claims to be a hot spring, I'm not sure about the quality of the spring water.By 10pm, the part-time staff had gone home and the place was left unattended. There was no one at the front desk and it had an eerie feeling like a ruin. It was built like an apartment or condominium, with an old lobby on the first floor, and the doors to the vacant rooms were open, so it was secure enough that you wouldn't be surprised if an incident happened at any time. I think it's especially dangerous for women. Not recommended for couples.There was no convenience store nearby and only overnight stays, and it was the lowest-ranked, unmotivated and creepy facility I've ever been to. I don't want to go there again.

Use in businessPerhaps they are undergoing renovations, but the hallways and other areas are left with the base coat. I'm a little scaredAs for the bath, I was impressed with the quality of the spring water in the large public bath.We are operating a resort condominium that is currently being renovated, so please be aware of this if you are concerned about the appearance.
