Good discount due to moldBeautiful holiday cabins, unfortunately completely damp (which you could see from the moisture traps everywhere and the window panes where the water ran down from the inside despite being ventilated and noticed from the damp, fresh bed linen), and there was also visible mold on the bathroom door and on the toilet water tank. Conclusion: Lots of space, clean laundry but a very decent price for a moldy and virtually uninsulated accommodation. Some of the staff do not speak German, English is only possible with the translator app.Owner agreed to a 50% refund because of the mold.

Stayed for one night on the weekend.2 adults and 2 dogsAbout 28,000 yen.【good】It's old but has been cleaned. We had a certain amount of kitchen equipment, and we were able to buy ingredients and cook. It's easy to stay cool even without air conditioning.【bad】I stayed in room 37, and it was filled with the smell of mold.It doesn't work even if you open the window, especially the toilet smells like mold. Also, the comforter on the bed was covered in hair and dog footprints. Is this the only place that isn't cleaned properly? It's a shame.Recommended for families with children.

September 15th: I went on a trip for the first time in a while with my dogs since I live in a cottage near Lake Yamanaka. It's a detached house, so you can feel at ease, and the building has been rehomed, so it's a comfortable stay. There was a tatami room in the room, but it was too big so I didn't use it. I didn't know that there was no air conditioner, so I used a fan to survive. The meal was a barbecue, as you can see in the photo, but my husband didn't like it so much that I felt bad leaving it for the two of us, so we had it.It was tough for us older people. It was my husband's birthday celebration, but there was a celebration on the other side of the partition at the barbecue. It looked like the item had been delivered. This isUnfortunately, I didn't inform them in advance, so nothing happened.

Stayed with 5 adults, 1 0-year-old child, and 2 dogs during the Obon holiday. The cottage was spacious and the interior had been renovated and felt clean, and the kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, etc., making it easy to make baby food and milk. The beds and futons are fluffy and extremely comfortable! ︎Dinner is on the cottage terrace B B Q☆Ingredients are delivered to the cottage, and the volume of meat and seafood is very satisfying! ︎Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at a restaurant in the forest with the dogs. It was very delicious♪The lack of air conditioning, which I was concerned about, was no problem at all. The temperature was around 30 degrees during the day, but since we were in the forest, we didn't really feel the heat, and the temperature dropped in the evening to 20 degrees at night. It was cold in the morning.Regarding the smell of mold, it was a sunny day so there was no problem at all.All the staff welcomed us with a smile and were polite, so we decided to come back here☆彡Thanks to Village Kagetsuen, I was able to spend the best summer vacation with my dog and family!! ︎

We had an amazing stay at the place! You get a big cabin all to yourself with a kitchen, big bathroom and even a separate dining room. We we're a bit afraid that it was going to be cold in the beginning but the heater did an amazing job of keeping it nice and warm! I would recommend only coming with a car here since for example the grocery store would be quite a walk, however if you just come for the lake and seeing mount Fuji it is no problem! it is only a ten minute walk to the water.
