We used it for dinner at the restaurant on the 1st floor. I entered the store at 7pm, and I think it was about 20% crowded. After debating whether to go out or relax inside the hotel, I decided to go in because the restaurant seemed empty. First I ordered Nachu and Gyoza. However, no matter how long I waited, not a single beer came out. When the numbness wore off, I told the staff, ``I'm making it right now.'' After hearing this twice, I switched to bottled beer and ordered all the food I'd ordered that hadn't been served yet. cancel. If it's a cabaret that can't serve even a single beer, it would be easier to give up if it were closed. No need to waste time. This is a typical example of a hotel that is beautiful and clean as a facility, but people have ruined it.

I used the Route Inn, which opened in October 2023, for about 3 months on a business trip.Even though it's a new route, there are rooms where the TV is broken and you can't watch it.The number of washing machines in the coin laundry is small compared to the number of rooms. There are a few things I would like to see improved, such as not having enough cars and having to park in the aisle.However, the hotel itself is new, so the rooms are clean and the single bed is 130cm wide, so you can sleep comfortably.Breakfast is free, there is a convenience store next door, there is a family restaurant right in front of the hotel, and there are many restaurants within a short drive, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner.I think this is a hotel you won't have any problems with if you are using it for a business trip.

The room was new and comfortable 👍However, the location is inconvenient if you don't have a car, so I don't think it's recommended for people who mainly use public transportation.There are 7-Elevens and chain restaurants around, but I didn't see many izakayas.

An excellent business hotel with high cost performance. I stayed there during the Obon holidays, and it's not cheap compared to nearby business hotels. However, it is a high cost performance in that you can receive just the right quality of service at just the right price range.I stayed in a heated cigarette room, but there was no smell of resin or cigarettes, which I was worried about, and I was satisfied with the room. Judging from the lack of odor, it doesn't seem like they're reusing a smoking room. Also, there are free popsicles at the front desk, which I haven't seen at other route inns. The public bath is clean. However, about 80% of our customers (our male customers) take a bath first without washing their bodies.The only disappointing thing was that the delicious breakfast curry was cold. It would have been great if it had warmed up properly.

I come to Yamanashi Prefecture once a year. The price of SH, which I had been using until last year, had been raised, so I was looking for something else and found it. Although it is far from Kofu city, there is a Seven directly behind it and a Denny's on the opposite corner of the intersection. There are no problems with the location. The front desk is a reliable hotel, and the rooms are clean. Although it is an artificial hot spring, the large public bath, which is a standard route in, was also comfortable.I went to the in-house restaurant for dinner, but they told me, ``It's busy right now, so it will take about 30 minutes to be served.'' I understood and sat down, but they left me without ordering, so I moved to Denny's. . There wasn't even half of the customers in, but something seemed to be happening. I think it would be better if the restaurant staff were increased.
