We were a family of five and stayed in a 3DK room on the 7th floor. There were good restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, so it was a convenient location. The rooms and bedding were clean, the dining area and each room were spacious enough, and I was able to spend a comfortable time. Also, I forgot something at the hotel this time, but I was grateful that it was promptly shipped to my home. The package included tablets and other items needed for work, but they were very helpful in shipping them via airmail packaging at our request. Thank you for your response.

I stayed in a 2LDK type room on the 7th floor. There were good and bad points, so I hope this will be helpful for those who are considering using it in the future.■Good points-Basically the room is very clean・Therefore, there are no insects to worry about.・All rooms equipped with air conditioning・Washing machine with dryer available・Vacuum cleaner available・Safe box available・Iron available- Plenty of towels・Rental items (umbrellas, nail clippers, etc.) are available at the front desk on the 1st floor.・Good access to the island's downtown area・The surrounding area seems to be safe■Bad points-No basic seasonings (salt, pepper, soy sauce, salad oil, etc.)・There are no daily necessities (wrap, aluminum, etc.)・Difficult to prepare authentic meals as there is only one cooking table

We rented a room for 6 people. There is a dining kitchen and 3 rooms, which I was able to use easily. The refrigerator was large and had plenty of dishes, which was convenient.

This is a suite on the top floor. The exterior looked like an old apartment building, so I was a little apprehensive, but when I went to the room, I was pleasantly surprised! It was very beautiful and stylish. Check-in and check-out are done at the front desk of the guesthouse on the lower floor, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant. At check-in, he took the trouble to accompany me to my room and carefully showed me around the facilities. Chinsuko, Orion beer, and even awamori were available as complimentary items, and it was a great experience. It's also close to the famous yakiniku restaurant and izakaya in Ishigaki, and within walking distance from 730 Court, so it was very convenient. Staying here itself became one of the memories of my trip. It was a wonderful inn that I would like to stay at again when I visit Ishigaki.

An open 1LDK. Full of facilities. There is everything from a washing machine to an iron, and the kitchen is mostly stocked with everything but seasonings. There are bowls and colanders, as well as pots and pans. You can also soak in the bathtub. You can almost feel like you're at home.I was grateful for the staff's flexible response and service.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days with my family of 5.Very close to the remote island ferry terminal. There is an Aeon supermarket nearby, and a famous tuna izakaya (which is currently closed due to the coronavirus) is just a stone's throw away, and there are many restaurants within walking distance. The room looks like it was renovated from an older condominium, but it was clean, and from the balcony you can see not only the sea of Ishigaki Island but also Taketomi Island.Recommended for those who value food, drinks, tours and activities to remote islands. You can stay stress-free and feel like you're at home.Resort hotels are great, but it's also nice to wake up in the morning and have breakfast while looking out at the sea of Ishigaki Island. If you are tired of resort hotels or feel a little cramped, please try a condominium. There are many options for breakfast, such as Morning Mac and bento boxes from Yorozu Store. I still want to use it.

The top floor of an old apartment building is a suite-like room. The staff are young and working hard, but don't expect anything sophisticated (lol). As long as the room (inside) is comfortable. I recommend it if you want to.It has a different quality from the nearby luxury resort hotels. There was alcohol on hand, and there was a local supermarket nearby, so I was able to cook the produce I bought there in my room.
