This is my third time using it.I used it on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded, so it was comfortable.I was in a suite with a hot spring in the residence building, so I had a dream-like time 😊I could really feel the Hyatt quality in the attentiveness of the staff🤗Breakfast is always the best no matter when you go.The room, food, and staff were all perfect.

I stayed in a different type of room for a seminar. The view from the hot spring in the room was amazing. Thank you for the memories.

Would have given 5/5 if it wasn’t for an annoying pre-arrival reservation issue. I was extremely mad, we had only 1 day before the booking is confirmed.Still, I have to give credit to the staff, especially Yume who always kept composure and went beyond to make our stay comfortable. She is an example for how excellent hotel service should be.Great facilities and activities. I’ll also be back for more food at Teppan.

Perfect. The hot springs are great. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other Park Hyatts in the area. There is no table order menu.

Just got back from our vacation to Japan and by far the highlight of our trip was the Park Hyatt in Niseko. Everything was intentional, thought out, and luxury. The staff went above and beyond in every instance to make our experience a perfect vacation. In particular Sherly Tarya of the lobby lunch and dinner service and Guarave from the fine dining restaurant Teppan. Both were the perfect example of hospitality.

My first experience stayed in Park Hyatt Niseko and it was great! The staff was very helpful. If you stayed in residence area, there was a washing machine and dryer, there’s also a mini kitchen inside the room. You can get off at the JR Kutchan Station and there was a drop-off service for guest checking in or out at JR Kutchan Station. You have to contact their staff first by email.
