I felt that the price and service did not match.After checking in, I was made to read warnings such as ``I will not be held responsible for any injuries to guests'' and ``Be sure to close the door after putting firewood in the sauna (because there is a risk of carbon monoxide poisoning).'' , I was made to sign it. After that, the time between check-in and the staff leaving was short, so the explanation ended quickly and verbally, and my questions were not resolved at all. Since the customer will be in charge of the sauna, I think we should walk around the facility together and explain the precautions to take when handling each sauna one by one.In addition, there are some deficiencies in the accommodation facilities, and I think the following are missing.・Breakfast is not a seasonal or local food. ←If the price was high, I wanted to get something made with carefully selected ingredients. I read in the reviews that seasonal dishes would be served, and although I was expecting that, they explained to me that they would like to toast the bread, and provided me with sausages, salads, etc. If you are selling a sauna surrounded by nature in Toma Town, I would have liked to receive something seasonal or unique to the area. It was a shame.・The flow of life is not comfortable. ← It was difficult to get from the living space to the toilet and sink on the first floor.- Surveillance cameras are placed in the daily flow of people. I couldn't rest because there were surveillance cameras installed between the second floor and the first floor.・It is difficult to take paper napkins as there is no soap or other equipment in the toilet.・There is Shonen Jump in the kitchen. ←I didn't get a good impression that something like that existed even though the service wasn't good.・WiFi is weak. ←The website said that WiFi was installed, but it was weak and I couldn't watch anything.・Cleansing products are not provided in the changing room of the sauna. ←I think the sauna facility will be cleaner if you wash it off first, as it will probably wash off with sweat.・The toothbrush was a toothbrush that almost didn't have any toothpaste in it. ←The first time I used it, there was toothpaste on the toothbrush, so I was able to use it, but from the second time onwards, it wasn't there because I was rinsing it. I think it's better to wear one since it's a single-use item.I had been interested in this place for a long time, and it was a long-awaited visit, but in the end I was disappointed. I felt very disappointed because the publicity on the website and social media was great.I had the impression that it would be better if it was provided as a sauna facility rather than as an accommodation facility.

You can experience a delicious dinner, breakfast, and authentic sauna using Hokkaido ingredients in a lovely renovated house.There are two saunas, a barrel sauna and an earth bag sauna, and the staff will also do a ro-ryu for you!It's very luxurious~There are only a few Earth Bag Saunas in Japan, and I think this is a place you should definitely go to if you want a sauna.The staff were very polite in explaining the sauna and serving customers.I stayed there during the winter and was worried as I was new to snow, but they helped me shovel the snow from my car and walkways before I left. I was able to spend my time with peace of mind.I want to go next summer!Thank you very much 😊

My first Roryu experience was at this facility. I can't stay in a dry sauna forever, but for some reason I ended up using a few sets here.Is it because of the atmosphere?
