The perfect hotel for us! It’s the best hotel we stays so far. It’s a Michelin one key hotel, we do have some expectation from this hotel and the hotel way exceeded our expectation. Staff was so Friend and warm, makes you feel like home the moment you stopped your car in the drive way. They will chi chat with you lightly and to relax you down from your trip. The room guide was o clear and yet sufficient, you won’t feel too details. When they introduce their hotel, you can feel they feel proud of their hotels, (it’s not all Michelins hotel staff would feel the same way. )Room was well designed, everything was so handy and they are just there when you need them. No searching games needed.Breakfast was sooooo good! Food great, They serve in our room, the views outside the window and we can take our time. It’s one of the main factor made our stays. We came here during autumn, we pay only fraction of snow season. It was money well spent, we decided to come back again next autumn.Thank you Yoko san, Rita San and sorry I forgot the nice gentlemen who guide us to our room, we were focusing on your rooms tour :P

When I stayed at SKYE NISECO last year, I was really interested in this place.I was fascinated by the exterior and was planning to stay there soon, but I finally did.The room is a deluxe one-bedroom suite with the best position overlooking Mt. Yotei. We were blessed with sunny skies during the day, and we were able to enjoy the best of Yotei. The rooms are sophisticated and I am satisfied with everything. After all, new hotels are good. The food was very delicious both in the morning and in the evening. Thanks to the outstanding hospitality of each and every staff member at the hotel, we were able to enjoy a wonderful time.

Used for day trip hot springs. It was listed on the Niseko Yumeguri Pass website, so I tried it out. This will be the review. First, I was surprised that the two blue stamps on my Yumeguri pass were removed and stamped without any questions asked. Other hot springs, such as Kanro-no-Yu, usually require only one stamp to enter. When I checked with the management office, I was told that this facility requires two blue stickers. I was told that this information was posted on the website, so when I looked, there was a warning in small print. It's confusing. So, I would have liked to have been informed at the reception that two stickers were required.Well, I see, then I guess it's a wonderful facility. If you buy it at the regular price, it will cost you 2,000 yen. I heard that towels and other items are included, but if that's the case, One Niseko is also the same. Only the large public bath, indoor bath, and open-air stalls were guided. The indoor bath smells like chlorine. Is this really a hot spring? After the two shower booths, there is only a small washing area and changing room. There isn't a good view from the bath, and day-trip hot springs are only available in the summer, so unless it's an event, Hirafu in the summer is in a rural area or worse, and there are competing hot springs in the area. There will be no price. If you are in Hirafu, the facilities are tired, but if you want quality hot water, you can go to Hirafutei, or if you have a car, you can go to Kanro-no-Yu or Grand Hotel, which is famous for its mixed bathing, although it costs a little extra. If you want a place like Goshiki, or a slightly more beautiful place, Iroha is by far the better option.I'm adding one star because there's no one in the facility, the bathroom is private, and it's new so it's clean, and they seemed to be a little particular about shampoo etc., but I don't think I'll ever use it again I wouldn't recommend it

I used it for a day trip bath. It's a space where you can forget about everyday life. By using 6/21,Probably because it was the off-season, no one else came in except me. It was also incredibly clean. It is of high quality. There is a shared parking lot across the road in front of the hotel, so you shouldn't have any problems. This time, I used the Niseko Yumeguri Pass. Two blue stickers. Adults can take a bath for 2,000 yen. Opening hours are 10:00 to 12:00 (last entry at 11:00), and 12:00 to 15:00 (no day trip baths), 15:00 to 22:00 (last entry 21:00). The staff guided us to the public bath. He spoke to me in Japanese and was very responsive.Towels and bath towels are provided in the changing room, so you can use them even for day-trip bathing. Valuables are not stored in coin lockers, but in small dial-type boxes. There are no instructions, but I think you can understand it by using it. To use it, open the door, set a 4-digit number on the dial, and then close the door. Change the numbers appropriately. Please remember the number in case you need to open it. I'm sorry it's kind of boring.Regarding the baths, there is one indoor bath and one semi-open-air bath. It is colorless, transparent, tasteless, and odorless, but there is no chlorine odor, so it is a hot spring. The water temperature is just right. It may be unsatisfying for those who like unique hot springs or unusual baths such as lying baths, vibras, sauna cold baths, etc., but it is definitely recommended for foreigners and those who like cleanliness. Sho.Amenities include Hokkaido white birch sap shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The scent of sap is good. I haven't seen it anywhere else, but I like it.The shower temperature is adjustable and the shower pressure is good.I also like super public baths and go there often, but I always worry about how crowded they are. If you want to forget the hustle and bustle of the city, this might be a good option.

This is my first time visiting Niseko in the summer. Thank you very much for Lily’s detailed Chinese explanation and service, which made us feel at home.Seriously, this is the best value hotel with the best service ever. Thank you Lily for letting us have a better understanding of Niseko.Since summer is the off-season, prices are much more discounted than winter. I think I will give priority to summer vacations in the future. The weather in Niseko is also comfortable.I hope I can go mountain climbing or other outdoor itineraries next time, or even ski in winter.
