I was unable to stay due to double booking on 24.8.16-17. If you are considering staying in the future, we recommend that you make a reservation via the reservation site and then confirm by phone.I made a reservation on a reservation site, and when I contacted them to request a late check-in for another reason, I was told that there were no reservations and that the hotel was fully booked. When I contacted the reservation site, I was told that there was indeed a reservation, so the person in charge of the reservation site and the person in charge of the accommodation had a discussion, and I was supposed to receive a contact later, but a few days had passed. I haven't heard from anyone yet, so when I contacted them, I was told that the person in charge of the accommodation had not contacted me. We have canceled the event with great regret. After that, even though I had canceled, for some reason I was contacted by the person in charge of the accommodation and was told that I had a reservation for 24.8.12-13. I told them that I definitely did not have a reservation for that day, and that I would like to stay if I could stay on the 16th, which was my original reservation. Then he said, ``Okay, okay, let's cancel,'' like a stranger.I couldn't control my anger at this and said, ``Well, yeah, it's not up to you to decide.'' ” I replied back. In the end, I acknowledged my fault for double booking, so I informed them of the cancellation. In the end, I wasn't able to stay overnight.

Grandma is doing her best...It is better not to have any expectations regarding the cleaning and service of an inn.A mountain hut would be better...What a waste of a hot spring inn.The shower in the bathroom only has waterChorochoro...The changing room is also scary...The room is pretty good, but...Stink bugs in the middle of winter...Please keep your spirits up!

I stayed there at the end of the year. My grandmother was running the store by herself, and when I went there, she was hurting her back and could barely walk up the stairs. However, the futon was still drawn, and they brought me an anchor to warm up at night. On the way home, I knelt down and felt sorry for being so dirty, and I couldn't help but get wet. . . There were some reviews saying that there was a lot of dust, but the room I stayed in was very clean and there was no dust. I don't think it's suitable for people who are looking for a stylish accommodation, but since I'm looking for hot springs that flow straight from the source in various places, I was able to spend a very luxurious time there. I would like to go there again when I go to Okuhida. Please take care of yourself and continue staying at the hotel. I want to go there again when I go to Okuhida!

It's unbelievably dirty! !Dust? Instead, trash is piling up in the corner of the hallway, the room is full of visible dust and hair, and when you walk, dust and hair fly...This is my first time staying at such an accommodation facility.Everything is dirty...Full of ticks! ! I'm getting eaten all the time! !

There is a friendly and helpful hostess. The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean. However, perhaps because it was January, everything felt cold as soon as I stepped out of the room, making it difficult to go to the toilet or bath.On this day, there was only one group of guests staying, so we were able to enjoy the hot springs privately. The hot water is colorless and transparent, but the amount of yunohana is amazing. It smells a little like sulfur. The open-air bath is spacious and open, and the location is great. The temperature was also controlled at an appropriate temperature.I only stayed for breakfast, but I enjoyed local cuisine such as Hoba miso. The rice goes really well, probably because of the strong flavor overall. The water is good in this area, so the rice was delicious.I can't say it's comfortable, but if you don't like crowds and just want to enjoy the hot springs and local cuisine, I don't think it's a problem. However, there are no convenience stores nearby (the closest 7-Eleven is about an hour away), so it's a good idea to stop by on your way there.

The view of Azusa River is the best! You can stay alone in the open-air bath for as long as you like.
