It seems that the building was originally quite old and has been renovated. The kitchen area is good!! The toilet is small ↓ The bath is clean ↑ The room on the second floor is a good size ↑ But the tatami on the floor looks like it will fall off? This makes me a little anxious, especially if you are a big person. Even a petite woman would think so. That was disappointing.I also parked in a parking lot that was a 5 minute walk away. It's not next to a building, so people who care about that may not like it. Also, the road in front of the building is narrow. It's fine if you have a light car. However, it was quiet at night and the view from the first floor was pretty good.

I am staying with my dog.I used it in the fall, but there were mosquitoes.Mosquito control is absolutely necessary in the summer.The bedroom is clean.You should be careful about bird droppings on the terrace. I wonder if I can sit on a chair and relax on the terrace. Afterwards, the air conditioner was noisy. I think it's probably because the walls are thin. It's not like we're completely renovating an old house.

The style is to pay first and then use it as you wish.I can't walk so I take a taxi.When we arrived, we found an old, small two-story house. There is no sense of fashion or luxury at all. What is this? I thought...It was posted online that it boasted a terrace, but it was dirty and hadn't been cleaned.When I went up the creaking stairs, I found only a bed and no TV.Using the bath was a pain and I panicked when the hot water stopped coming out of the shower.I thought my own house was much more convenient and luxurious. I will never stay there again.

I was looking for a place where I could stay with my dog and stayed here for 2 nights during Golden Week.The location is perfect for walking your dog, including the station, Omicho Market, Higashi Chaya District, and convenience stores. I was able to get dessert from a nearby cake shop.There is a large maple tree at the end of the terrace, which attracts a lot of birds and is very lively, and I like that it blocks out the western sun. The room was compact, but the plumbing was new and clean, and everything we needed was there.However, the windows leading out to the terrace are made of shoji and sash, and there are no screens, so small insects can come in. It was closed at night when I stayed there, but it would have been nice to have it open at night this time of year, so it's a pity that there is no screen door. We don't have much trouble with insects, but we were still worried about seeing dead bodies everywhere the next morning. (The river side of the second floor had a screen door)Overall, I really liked it, so if I were to use it again next time, I would choose this one instead of another Tabine.

The parking lot is a nearby coin parking lot, about 5 minutes walk, so it's not a big deal, but it was a hassle to load and unload my luggage because it was raining.I slept on a futon in a room facing the river, but when I placed my pillow on the river side, there was a water depth adjustment system nearby, so it was noisy, like the sound of a waterfall. I was able to fall asleep after changing the direction of my pillow.The plumbing was clean, there was enough heating equipment to keep me from getting cold, and I was deeply impressed by how nicely renovated it was. I would like to go again during the cherry blossom season in early spring or when I can enjoy the balcony in the summer.
