It's in a very unsafe place. In Tokyo, it's a place like Minamisenju. I don't remember the smell, but it's not a place for women to come alone. The owner was arguing loudly on the phone all the time, and the content was on the 4th floor? I can hear up to.I was turning away many customers who didn't know the way (lol)!Once I went out early in the morning, I met two women who said they were not given the PIN code to enter the hotel and stayed outside the hotel. Please be careful.

I made a reservation through Rakuten Travel. It was around summer last year.A week before the reservation, I hadn't heard anything, so I was worried about whether it was available or not, so I called the hotel. I was told that if I had received an email from Rakuten, I had made a reservation. When I asked them if they had confirmed who was coming on what day, he suddenly became grumpy and said that he didn't understand. However, even after that, I was unable to get any confirmation, and I was left with no response. I suddenly felt anxious as it was my first time staying in a dormitory, so I canceled my stay through Rakuten Travel and stayed at another capsule hotel.Other reviews say that the staff is kind, but the owner is terrible, so I think it was probably the owner who answered the phone. It was scary.

I used it as a lodging for the Kanazawa Marathon.It was close to the start venue and there were many restaurants around, so I had a relaxing time.This was my first time using a lodging facility like this, so I was a little confused and worried about inconveniencing the people in my room.
