If you are alone in the room it is fine, but there are 4 beds and it is a super mini capsule... They tell you that, yes, very bluntly.Very good location.Buy a ticket on the loop bus please ¥800 and you know an enormity, you choose where to get off.

Rooms are super small, but as perfectly declared in the description of the accomodation, hence no surprise. Everything was very clean and bathrooms very spacious. Just 7 minutes from the station. Super good price for a good accomodation!

Our experience at Guesthouse Kintoto has been a real disaster. The room we were assigned was so small that there was barely room to move around. There was no space for suitcases in the room. In fact, it was so small that it was impossible to change clothes inside the room; We had to do it in the hallway!Most infuriating of all, this fact is not mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. The owner warned us of this total lack of space a couple of weeks before the stay, when the reservation was no longer cancelable. In short, we feel completely scammed. This hotel is a tourist trap, and we would not recommend it to our worst enemy.Here are some specific details we disliked about the hotel:- The room was extremely small, with no space for luggage or changing clothes.- The hotel description did not mention lack of space.- The owner informed us of the lack of space two weeks into the stay, when it was no longer possible to cancel the reservation.In short, if you are looking for a hotel with a minimum of space and decency, Guesthouse Kintoto is not for you.

The room is very narrow, it's hard to get into bed, the 3x2 room is filled with 2 bunk beds, it's hard to get in and you can't store suitcases, so it's only for walking in, when you sleep the blanket is warm so it's comfortable because right outside the air is 2° with wind and mixed rain snow... it's complete. All self service. From check in to check out.

The location and price are great, the staff was very friendly and the whole house was clean 👍🏼 BUT the rooms are way too small!! If fully booked, over 20 people sleep in less than 100 square meters and share two showers, three toilets and two hotplates. Our two double beds occupied 95% of the room. We couldn’t even change clothes or store our luggage in our own room, that’s why we saw many people leaving their bags in the (also small) kitchen our laundry room. For sleeping a night or two with just a daypack this accommodation might be a good solution but I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for a place to spend time indoors or if you are traveling with suitcases.

Great stay for a budget guesthouse in the city. The place is very clean, amenities are in abundance and the staff is helpful and kind.Location is nice near the station.Only side note is that the rooms are small and thus tall/large people might have difficulty with getting into their beds. The walls are thin and thus can be loud if you don't watch out while turning around or climbing into bed and bouncing against them.Would recommend.
