Rooms were quite big and it is very close to a bus stop, however it is quite inconvenient to get to from central Kyoto. They offer a shuttle bus to the hotel however not back.

The room was better than in the photos, (it was a joy). As it seems, the double beds were very comfortable, although the rest of the beds had more uncomfortable mattresses. The WiFi worked very well, and they offer bicycle and projector rental services (to watch large movies if you want). In addition, the bathroom had separate sections for the shower, sink and toilet, so they could all be used at the same time without disturbing each other. Also a seating area and a small terrace. A very pleasant stay.

Accommodation and check-in are in different places, and the check-in counter is only open until 8 pm. If your flight arrives later, you need to contact us in advance, which is a little troublesome.Since the accommodation does not have a lobby counter, you need to use an electronic code lock to enter the first floor. There is no cleaning service for a 3-night stay. There is a garbage recycling area outside the door on the first floor. If there is too much garbage in the room, you have to clean it yourself.Although this location is a bit far from Kyoto Station, there is a supermarket opposite the hotel. Many biscuits and snacks in the supermarket are cheaper than supermarkets. There are also 7-11, Lawson, McDonald's, Sugi Pharmacy, and a large pachinko shop nearby... Wait, the living functions are very good; there is a bus stop downstairs, and it is very convenient to take the bus to Nijo Station, Shijo Kawaramachi, etc.There are children's rock climbing and projection interactive games in the room, and the children had a lot of fun.There is a washing machine and drying and ventilation equipment in the bathroom. The drying function is very strong. The washed clothes can be dried in the bathroom and they will be almost dry in about one night.There are also induction cookers, microwave ovens, kitchen utensils, microwave ovens, hot water bottles, etc. in the room for simple cooking.

Great place to stay in Japan. Great location and accommodations. Clear instructions for all services in English. Large rooms that include washing machines! They thought of everything here! Room and main entrance locks controlled by numerical codes.

Really top hotel! Spacious and well-equipped room for our family.Small downside, a bit far from the places to visit in Kyoto but there is the bus at the foot of the hotel which makes up for it.

The most worth it apartement that you can findIt may be far from the famous temples but there’s a bus stop in front of the apartement which was superbThey have all of the aminities, the view from the 6th floor was amazing and the rooms are really large for 4 peopleCheck in was amazing, the staff is really helping us throught it since I didn’t even know we are suppose to go to the counter but we can check in by online since we already at the apartementJust remember to check in in the check in counter

The management has a separate office near Kyoto Station and I’m not sure if there’s any personnel at the front counter at the actual lodging. You can talk to the management office via landline phone, and there’s a phone at the counter in the lodging.It’s a self service lodging and no daily room service. Something to take note for people staying more than a day. Not a big problem for us, just treat it like our own home.Our unit is installed with a washing machine and the bathroom is installed with a drier. 8 hours drying should dry most clothes after you washed them, so next day you can have fresh clothes. Detergent is provided.Not hard to catch a bus or cab during normal hours. Convenience stores are around too.

checking in at a different location is a bit of a hassle when you come with your own car. The apar**ent not having a parkinglot ended up quite pricey as well. The room is as the fotos show. There are a lot of restaurants snd supermarkets nearby. It’s clean and comfortable. Check out is easy.

The facilities in the room are very good, but the check-in mechanism is not very good. You have to check in near Kyoto Station before 8 pm, pay the Kyoto accommodation tax, and then come to stay in the self-service apartment.This time, due to a delayed flight to Kansai Airport and unfamiliarity with the car rental situation, I was unable to rush to the check-in counter at 8pm. After an emergency call, I provided all the guest’s passport information and credit card to pay the Kyoto accommodation tax, and then made a reservation through the counter. The website sent the accommodation room number and password, and I felt that the front desk was very helpful. However, it was my first time staying in a self-catering apartment and I was not familiar with it, so I found it troublesome.

-That’s pretty good location yet super quiet in a whole day.-Lots and historical heritage including Kinkakuji-pretty nice second hands shop next to this hotel called Lucha Libre-Convenience store and restaurant for 24hours opening around there.-Fully facilities including laundry machine-Japan quality bed and blankets-Not so far from the Centre of Kyoto such as hot place called Sanjyo and Shijyo or Kyoto station-Good staffs who can speak fluent English at the reception center

It's spacious and beautiful, perfect for families. I want to go again. I'm thankful that there are restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby. HoweverThere is no parking lot at the hotelI have to go to a nearby coin parking lot.The nearby coin parking is not available (.>A<.) It's a shame that it costs a lot of money (´`:) I wish they would build a parking lot.
