please note. Filth in the bath [Excrement was found in the Fuku-no-yu (bath). Employee response is a problem. An incident at the level of a public health center report has occurred]After checking in, I went to the hot spring "Fukunoyu" and found several large pieces of excrement about 20 centimeters long in the men's bath. When I immediately got out of the bath and reported it to the elderly female employee at the front desk, she told me that a male staff member would be sent immediately to clean it and replace the hot water. At that time, the female employee didn't seem particularly surprised, and instead said things like, "Oh, I see." and a brusque attitude, saying things like, "We're sorry for the inconvenience," and "Thank you for letting us know." There was no such thing at all, and I felt a sense of discomfort. The woman felt that there was a lack of awareness about hygiene management and that the company was not providing training on customer service.Afterwards, my friend who was staying with me went to take a bath in the open-air bath, but there was no sign that the indoor bath was being cleaned, and it seemed like other guests were taking a bath without it being closed. It seems that the indoor bath was simply removed without cleaning, disinfecting, or replacing the hot water, and the business continued to operate as it was. (I doubt if it was removed)I really wondered how the company thought about hygiene management. In addition, this kind of response is an incident that should be reported to a public health center. This was caused by some customers with bad manners, and I can't understand what happened after that.I always look forward to hot springs when I travel, but due to the circumstances, I got out of the bath quickly and was only able to take a bath once, which was a shame. The same goes for my friends and family, and I feel sorry for inviting them.Even after I got out of the bath, I felt somehow uncomfortable and traumatized because there were several large pieces of excrement near me while I was taking a bath. Also, I stayed in a cottage, but was it moldy? The smell hit my nose, and I ventilated the room as soon as I entered the room, but the smell didn't go away and I was uncomfortable until I checked out.The staff who served us at breakfast were kind and we had a very pleasant meal.Although there are some good staff members, the attitude and response of some employees is ruining the experience.

A campsite with a hot spring inside. There is a time limit, but having a hot spring on site is an advantage! I appreciate it even more during the cold season!Prices are also reasonable!

Campsite users can enter the hot spring facilities for free, and open-air baths without washing areas can be used until around 11:30 PM. Set up the tent at 3:00 pm, work up a sweat at the hot spring facility, and then prepare for dinner. After dinner, before going to bed, wash away the day's sweat in the open-air bath, then sleep in the tent. A campsite with an excellent environment. The only downside is that the free wifi doesn't connect at all. The staff said they could connect at the reception facility, but I wonder if they haven't checked or if they have their own separate wifi? This is the only thing I was dissatisfied with.

Super beginners participate ٩( ᐛ )وI thought it would be hot at night, so the room is equipped with air conditioning.Stay in a small cabin✨Toothbrushes and face towels were always provided. There was also a special garbage bag with a capacity of about 30 liters, which was enough for our garbage✨I rented a barbecue stove M size only for a fee, and it cost about 820 yen.Others are available for free rental✨I got all the nets, fire starters, etc. from Daiso✨Fireworks are allowed in a dedicated area until 9pm, but due to the unfortunate rain, we couldn't do it this time.We had a BBQ at night on the terrace of the cabin, but it would have been better to have a lantern.I think the outdoor light alone won't provide enough brightness and will be difficult to work with💡By the way, there were no insects inside the cabin, so I felt safe✨ The entrance door wasI guess it's okay as long as you don't leave it open ☺️Anyway, if you are a beginner, please give it a try ✨ It's super fun 😀

I used it as a day trip hot spring. There are two hot springs, one inside and one outside. There was no sauna. Also, there was no water cooler in the changing room, so I really had to take a shower and then take a quick soak in the bathtub. It feels like a bath at home.I thought 750 yen per person was a bit high considering the content.
