It's a reasonably priced room 😅In a room near the front deskThere's a window, but it's closed.It's still dark even when the morning comesIt felt like a closed room and I didn't like it.Is it okay if I just sleep?

This business hotel is just a short walk from the downtown side of Oyama Station (the opposite side from where Hakuoh University stands tall). Although the first floor is an izakaya (Tsukada Farm), it's not particularly noisy. I stayed in a twin single-use room due to a last-minute reservation, but I have no complaints about the cost performance. Although there is no way to hide the aging, it is not so bad that it causes inconvenience or discomfort. There is a shopping center integrated into the station, so you will have no trouble eating, drinking or shopping. As soon as I entered the room, I noticed something that looked like the remains of a fire alarm on my right hand side, and I thought, ``Are you okay?'' But...

There was a parking lot with good access in front of the station.There was a statement that the first floor was a pub, so it was noisy, but it didn't bother me too much. There wasn't a USB outlet, but the front desk lent one to me, and he was kind.He wasn't Japanese, but he didn't seem to mind. However, the room key was so tight that even a man would feel uneasy. But it's cheap so no complaints

The customer service at the front desk was good. Parking lot 🅿 can be told by phone.If you don't park early, the location is tricky.It's difficult when there are cars parked in a sloppy manner.The room feels old and not maintained.Cleaning is normal.You can use Wi-Fi internet.Coffee and water bottles were provided.

This hotel is ideal for people like me who missed the last train after drinking too much and want to save money on taking a taxi home. It's 5,000 yen cheaper, but the security is very worrying. Not suitable for business use.

It's convenient because it's close to Oyama Station, but the facilities are quite old. The price is cheap, so you can just use it for sleeping.

It's cheap and good as a base for just sleeping, butThe door to the guest room was so old that there was a gap that you could see inside, and the lock was too loose.The door itself is made of wood and can be easily broken, so even if there is a surveillance camera, there is no security at all.I'm too scared to leave my valuables and PC behind. Not suitable for business at all.

I stayed in a room on the second floor. There was quite a bit of noise coming from the pub directly below, so it might be a problem for some people. The temperature of the faucet in the bathroom could not be adjusted properly, and it suddenly became hot and cold.
