The hotel staff was exceptionally kind. When I informed them at the last minute that I don't eat pork, they went out of their way to prepare an entirely new meal for me.

The food (creative Japanese cuisine) and hot springs were wonderful.I stayed for two nights, and I enjoyed the view from the hot spring on the rooftop, which was spacious with greenery as far as the eye could see, and there were various baths, including the Goemon bath and the open-air bath.The creative Japanese food was also carefully prepared one by one and delicious.The interior decoration, such as the entrance, was also good, with the concept of Taisho romance.My wife and I were traveling together, and we felt refreshed and relaxed.

I traveled with my family and my dog. The open-air bath on the 7th floor allows you to enjoy the breeze and the scenery. Dinner is Italian dinner! It was the best. There was also a dog run, and my dog was happily running around. The atmosphere was calm and good. Most of all, I was surprised that the room didn't smell like pets. This is proof that the cleaning is thorough. It was a very good trip. I would like to visit you next time. thank you very much.

Booked a large room, the space is large and tidyBut the WiFi is too slow! ! !The large bathhouse is great, you can soak in the hot spring while watching the sunsetAfter soaking, there are free ice cream bars outside, with different fruit flavors!I had eaten Japanese food for a few days, so I chose a Western-style dinner. The pizza and meat dishes were both delicious. You can add unlimited pizzas, and I also chose a Western-style breakfast.

It's a fairly new hotel, with a bit of European style but the floor is still tatami. The room is a little small and well decorated with furniture. The chest of drawers, chairs and shoes are thoughtfully designed, but it's a bit difficult to find a place to unpack your luggage. The shower room is extremely small and does not have a bathtub. It is the only one in this trip that does not have a bathtub. Basically, you are required to enjoy the large bath. The large bathing room is on the top floor, and you should be able to enjoy the forest scenery, but you can't see anything at night. The hotel is located in a forest. It was also listed in another publication's top 100 list. I saw that the previous one was listed in the top 100 list and thought it was awesome. It seems that every magazine and forum can have a hotel in the top 100 list. , and only the selected magazine will be displayed in the lobby of the selected hotel. This is probably also part of the business operation. There were some jams produced at the hotel farm in the sales department. I wanted to buy them to try, but the store clerk reminded me that the shelf life was only a little over a month, so I gave up after thinking about it. This is honest business behavior.

I used it on a trip with my dog. The room was neat and clean, and there was no smell. The room was easy to use and stocked with dog goods. The open-air bath in the large public bath is spacious and has a great view, and there is also a sauna, which is great. The meal was an Italian course, and the pizza was delicious. There was also a walking path with the dog, which was very satisfying.

This was the best hotel I stayed in in Nasu Highlands.First of all, the hot spring on the rooftop had a spectacular view and was very relaxing.The food was delicious, and the children's lunches were plentiful and the children enjoyed eating them.Since we stayed during Silver Week, there were fireworks at Gentian Lake, so we stayed in a room where we could watch the fireworks, and the kids enjoyed it too.Free popsicles after taking a bath are also a nice service.If I were to say it was a strong point, the free drinks at the front desk seemed to end by the time I finished eating dinner, so I thought it would be a good idea to extend it until after dinner. Rather than staying in my room at night, I like to spend time with my children by going to the hot springs or hanging out in the lobby.I like coffee, so I was happy that there was a Nespresso machine in the room so I could enjoy coffee from the morning.The hotel was clean and calm, the staff were kind, the food was delicious, the baths were wonderful, and there were great services everywhere, so I had a comfortable stay.The ramen at the nightclub restaurant was only available in half sizes, so I definitely wanted to try a bowl of it lol.I will stay here again when I visit Nasu Highlands!

It wasn't particularly glamorous, but it was calm and I could fully enjoy the Nasu Highlands.The room and bath were also very nice. I was also impressed that the food was delicious and the customer service staff were well trained. The person who accompanied me also said that they would like to go again.

A must-see for bath and sauna lovers.I stayed here for one night on a weekday with my small dog. The pet-friendly rooms seem to be concentrated on the second floor, so you can't expect a great view, but it doesn't bother you because the cedar forest is right in front of you.There is a cage for the dog, and when the owner is in the same room, you can relax in the room with the dog, but when you go out to take a bath or eat, the dog will be kept in the cage, so please follow the rules.There is a spacious dog run just down the cedar forest from the hotel, and the dogs were happy to run around.The room is a superior type, spacious, very clean, and has no smell at all. The installed home appliances are also stylish and give a sense of attention to detail.After all, the bath was the best.The luxurious structure uses the entire top floor as a public bath, and there are no tall buildings in the surrounding area, so you can see the majestic mountains such as Mt. Chausu in the distance.There were about 5 different types of open-air baths, and since it was a weekday, there were not many people there, so it was very relaxing.The sauna is set at around 90℃ and is large enough for 5 people. The cold bath is fully equipped, and there is a chair in the open-air space and a cooling area next to the changing room, so you are sure to get well-equipped. There is also a water cooler, which is perfect.The next morning, the genders had changed and we were able to watch the beautiful sunrise while soaking in the hot water.For dinner and breakfast, the staff in charge accompanied us and kindly explained everything from the ingredients to how to enjoy the delicious dishes. We chose Western food for breakfast and dinner, but perhaps because there were few guests, we ate at a Japanese restaurant both times we visited. I was guided to a semi-private room and was able to enjoy the food in peace.The homemade jam we had for breakfast was so delicious that we bought it as a souvenir from the attached fruit farm on the way home.Overall it was a wonderful stay.There are some harsh reviews here and there, but I think it's up to our own choices, such as staying on weekdays when we have more time.I'm sure it's going to be difficult due to the effects of the coronavirus, but I'll definitely visit again, so I hope you'll do your best.

I stayed here with my dog.The room was comfortable, the bath on the top floor had great hot water and a nice view, and it was a great relief for both body and mind from the daily fatigue.For the meal, we had a Japanese kaiseki meal.The various ingredients from Nasu and fresh vegetables and fruits from the fruit park on the premises went down my throat. The wine was also delicious.The dog run on the premises was well maintained, and I was glad that my 13 year old dog was able to play there a lot and regain some of his youth.All the staff were kind and I would like to go again.

I've stayed here twice in the past, and my favorite is the open-air bath on the top floor. You can see the Nasu Highlands and the Nasu Mountain Range. Because it makes me feel like I've come to Nasu. Others are normal.I also stayed at Shiki no Yakata next door, but I like this one better.

I have stayed there several timesI always think thatI don't understand why loungewear is made of polyester.This is not the case with other hotels and inns.Why don't the staff try it on too?The static electricity is so strong that it makes my skin itchy, so from the second time onwards I change into the loungewear I brought with me.Loungewear for looks onlyComfort is zero

We had dinner, breakfast, and used the open-air bath with a view on the 7th floor.As for the meal, the atmosphere, including the staff's response, was not conducive to a relaxing meal.It would have been better to have both meals served at Shiki no Yakata.There are many types of baths, and there is also a sauna, which was nice to go to. The view from the open-air bath is so amazing that it's almost scary.

I stayed for one night with my dog. The lawn at the dog run was well maintained and my dog enjoyed it.All the staff were very kind.The food was delicious and we had a fulfilling holiday.It was a memorable day, partly because the head chef and my wife are from the same hometown (neighboring town).

I stayed here for 2 nights with my dog. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, this dock was the best. It was well maintained, very spacious, and the dog was happy. The food was delicious, and the bathroom was on the top floor, so the view was nice and I was able to relax. The staff also greeted me with a smile, so I felt that they were well-educated. Although the price was certainly not cheap, it was still a hotel that I would want to stay at again.
