The female receptionist who answered the phone had a very bad attitude. In addition, the room was very comfortable. I forgot to choose breakfast when I made the reservation. When I went to the hotel front desk, they didn't give me an extra option and told me to contact the restaurant... I'm speechless. I won't stay there next time.

I stayed in a room with a cycle rack for two nights, and the floor of the room was made of wood, giving it a calming atmosphere.There is a microwave and an ice maker, which is very helpful.

An extremely convenient location, adjacent to Tochigi Station on JR and Tobu Railway lines. It seems new and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. Prices are reasonable, perhaps because unmanned check-in and check-out saves you money.For parking, use the coin parking lot right next to the hotel. If you bring your parking ticket to the front desk, you will receive a 100 yen discount.Within walking distance are Tochigi City's main tourist attractions, the town of warehouses, and the sightseeing boat terminal.This is not the hotel's fault, but if you expect a concentration of restaurants in the so-called ``station square'' area, you will be disappointed, so be careful. Other than the chain izakaya in the station building, they are scattered throughout the neighborhood.The hotel was called ``Chambre'', so I thought it was the French word ``chambre'' (room), but it turns out chanvre means ``linen''. There were some wealthy people in Tochigi City who made their fortunes through hemp wholesalers, so I imagine that this may have been the case.

Stayed at the new ginger room in IwashitaA room like a love hotelNo sense of cleanlinessThe bed was damp and didn't feel crisp, which I thought was strange.A duvet cover with long hair that no one in the family has. Is it from the person staying the night before?Maybe you haven't replaced the sheets and duvet cover?I feel sick and can't sleep.The indoor clothes that come with the amenities seem to have been washed and folded at home, rather than being cleaned by a professional. This also feels kind of disgusting.The indoor tables are still dirty.The indoor carpet feels sticky when you walk on it barefoot. I can't do it without slippers.The long-pile rug, sofa, and beaded cushions all looked dirty.Alpaca on TV? I'm worried about dust and dust mites from the many stuffed animals and feather lights.A wall clock cannot be seen from the sofa or bed.Since this is Iwashita's new ginger room, I understand that the colors used are white and baby pink, but I wish it looked cleaner.The only good thing was that the refrigerator was large.

This was my first time in Japan, and the hotel didn't have a toothbrush 🪥 or a razor 🪒, and when I checked in, the machine couldn't work, there was a problem with the machine, and even with the help of a Japanese friend, I couldn't do it for about 10 minutes, and the staff at the reception... I called and asked for it, and it was done at that time.

It is located in front of Tochigi Station and is relatively new. The guest rooms are not large, but especially for business purposes, it feels just right. However, the internet environment is not very good.
