My family used it for the first time. My child loves dinosaurs so I was very happy. I was very satisfied with the buffet for both dinner and breakfast. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.

It was a nice stay for mom too.It has a wide variety of amenities, and there are little touches here and there that families with children will appreciate. We traveled by bus from Kuroiso Station. The area around the station was well-stocked, so having lunch made for a good time. The hotel's shuttle was waiting at the nearest bus stop, and we arrived at the destination without any waiting time.My child loves dinosaurs and swimming pools, so this will be my second visit in a few years at the end of September. The leaves had not yet turned red, but I think it was a good season, neither too hot nor too cold.Above all, I was able to enjoy the spacious heated pool facility to my heart's content. It's good that this place is indoors. You don't have to worry about direct sunlight or wind and rain, and you can also enjoy the warm jacuzzi and sauna. It was also convenient to be able to go directly to the hot springs via the changing room and wash my hair immediately after swimming. What I was happy about was the shampoo bar service, where I was able to try out commercially available shampoos and conditioners that I had been longing for but had never used. It is also helpful to be able to choose hypoallergenic products for children. There were also quite a lot of other amenities. In addition to general items, there are plastic bags for wet swimsuits, cards for sanitary products services, etc.In particular, the disposable towel that can be wrapped around your head to form a hair turban (it's long and thin, the back is smooth, and the surface is like a scrubbing towel or Velcro, making it easy to wrap) was incredibly comfortable to use.You can easily tie up your wet hair, it's not as painful as a hair tie, and it doesn't get stuffy like a hair cap. It was so easy to wrap it up and take care of the kids or take an open-air bath.I took a bath twice during my stay, and I saw someone at the inn cleaning the room both times. The pool and bath were very clean, probably because of the diligent cleaning. The room was in an old building, so it seemed a bit moldy when I entered. I thought so, but the cleaning was thorough and I didn't have any particular concerns after that. The consideration given to children was so thorough that it was disgusting. In addition to slippers, children's Crocs are available for rent inside the facility, and diaper bins are clearly set up.What surprised me was the attitude of the staff during dinner. The children's tablecloth was decorated with a coloring page of the hotel's dinosaur character Bradon, and the children were very happy. I wanted to color it as soon as I sat down, and she noticed that right away. "If you don't mind, please come along," he said with a kind smile and lent me a set of colored pencils, which was a great success. It was a very safe inn, with such detailed know-how accumulated. Also, I'm surrounded by people with children, so I feel at ease...By the way, when we visited, all the families were having fun, but they weren't having too much fun or making loud voices. It was quiet at night too.The play equipment in the kids' corner and the children's books and encyclopedias in the lobby were both clean and clean, and not the usual ``old and dirty items that are left there for the time being'' situation. The kids were fascinated by both. By the way, the hair dryer in the changing room was new and dried my hair quickly. Thank you.It was also great that there were so many fun events that I wish they had advertised more.Although it was September, the entire building was decorated with Halloween decorations, and even dinosaur robots were cosplaying. The Bradon stuffed animals and illustrations everywhere were so cute🦖Being able to set off hand-held fireworks at the front door at night also gave me a sense of the season. I bought the smaller 400 yen set at the shop, and they lent me a water bucket and a chukkaman, and I was also given the opportunity to take care of the garbage disposal. It was dark all around, so it was very sparkly and beautiful. There was also a small riddle to search for keywords and a raffle where you could win dinosaur goods, making it a place the whole family could enjoy. The food was also really delicious. While using local ingredients such as yashiomasu, rice, and pork, there are rich homemade dishes such as yuba and tofu.Personally, I was impressed by the maitake and pumpkin tempura, which were crispy and had the flavor of the ingredients. The duck meat had no odor and was juicy, and the meat was generally tender. There are many dishes that are suitable for children, and my child especially liked the Utsunomiya gyoza.Because the grapes and melon were seasonal, they tasted so high-class that I wondered if it was okay to eat them at a buffet. The inn had a lot to offer, but at the end I was able to relax and drink coffee in the lobby. It was originally a nice inn for children, but when I visited for the first time in a while, I found that the hospitality was even more powerful than before. I would definitely like to come visit again.

I stayed in a special Japanese-style room, but there was no Wi-Fi.Could not connectWhen I called the front desk, they told me that the Wi-Fi in the building was not broken, but they gave me the impression that I couldn't get through to them because of their high-pressure attitude, as if I was wrong. Since it's a question of whether or not you can connect, wouldn't it be best to have them come to your room to check or take some other action? (Even if you came when they said that the Wi-Fi in the building was not broken, it seemed reckless to solve the problem.)I thought I could use Wi-Fi and paid for it, so I want to give back the 4 hours I spent struggling with Wi-Fi.I had no choice but to connect to the Wi-Fi directly above. The signal was weak, though. The next day I was able to connect for some reason, so I don't know what the problem was, but the front desk's response was so bad that it couldn't be possible. Also, the cypress bath in the indoor bath in the special Japanese-style room was full of mold, so I couldn't use it, and I was very disappointed that my father, who doesn't go to the public bath, couldn't use it.

The hotel rooms were moldy, the wallpaper was peeling off, there was a lot of black mold, the facilities were broken, and the only thing they sold was dinosaurs.

I stayed there in the summer. All the staff had good customer service, were kind to children, and were wonderful. Is the open-air bath made of wood? I noticed that a lot of the nuts were sinking. The rice wasn't bad either. It's quite a walk from the room to the bathroom and pool. The kids' room is hot and there's no air conditioning, so they end up sweating. That was disappointing. The children were happily enjoying the "Dinosaur Hotel~" ♪ It was a shame that the ice machine was out of order because it was summer, but it was a fun trip.

Very kid friendly hotel in Nasu.We stayed for 3 nights during the Obon period (probably the most crowded time of the year) and had a great time overall thanks to the lovely service and would recommend to families with kids.Location is a bit awkward, you have to go through a couple of very narrow roads to get there. However it was very convenient to visit different attractions: Nasu Highland Park, Teddy bear museum, Minamigaoka dairy farm, the ropeway were all about 15-20' away by car. Definitely best to have a car than using public transport. The hotel is a bit dated, lighting and decor feels a bit old overall, but not too rundown. The room had a bit of a musty smell, especially since it was raining. The bathrooms are small but functional enough. We booked a plan with breakfast and dinner included and they were both really tasty. Dinner had some really tasty meat shabushabu one night and sukiyaki the other night + mostly cold dishes buffet with some kid friendly choices too.Drinks were included for kids but not adults for dinner. We had plans in the evening one night so asked if we could remove the dinner but they weren't able to which was unfortunate. The pool feels old too but the kids loved it and it was great to have for rainy days. The onsen is quite nice with an outdoor bath as well. There's a small kids room with toys and a full room with Japanese manga. The staff were all very lovely and tried their best to accommodate us. My daughter got a fever one night and they had a medical kit with some meds and an ice pillow. She couldn't make it to breakfast the next day so they prepared some rice balls and jam bread to take back to the room (couldn't take anything else). The kids loved having the dinosaurs around, the younger one was a bit scared at first but by the end of the stay she was sad to say bye.

The concept of the hotel is not goodEven if you think that the child will be happy, it will only be for a moment. When the cleaning lady told me while I was taking a bath that it was still in the bath, I pulled out.The dust in the room is terrible
