The service and view were good. However, the entire hotel is old. Dust and bugs in the room. . . . I can use the air purifier in the room, but it stinks.

Able to view the lake from the room, which is truly stunning! Services are incredible: welcoming check-in, complimentary onsen, 5-star dinner and breakfast meals. On the checkout day and there was pouring rain, the hotel staff gave an umbrella as a token of care and concerns. Really appreciated and will revisit this place definitely.

Although the environment, the views and the food are exceptional, I highlight the attention and good treatment of the family that runs the place. They treat you like an honored guest and are continually interested in making sure you are comfortable. Dinner and breakfast are Western with details of local cuisine, of high quality and quantity. There is a super nice onsen, you can reserve it for private use.

The hotel is a bit dated but the service was fantastic. The mineral bath and 6 course dinner were the highlights. Every member of the staff was gracious and accommodating. It’s all about the exceptional service! Thank you.

The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. The environment is clean, the service attitude is good and enthusiastic, and there are Chinese-speaking waiters. The rich dinner and breakfast are more delicious than a five-star chef. It is worth recommending

The room is old, but the dinner course alone seems to cost about 5,000 yen. I think it's a great value considering the food.
