The guest rooms seem to have deteriorated over time, but I think they are spacious compared to recent Dormy Inns.In addition, the bath is open-air, and the open-air bath is large enough to take your time. However, there is a hotel in a deserted shopping street, and I think the parking fee of 1000 yen is too expensive in a multi-story or affiliated parking lot. Also, the breakfast menu is a little small, and the local menu consists of hoto, chicken offal stew, and curry, so some people may be reluctant to try it.There is no wine drink corner at night, and the cost of accommodation, breakfast, and parking is 12,800 yen, which does not seem expensive compared to the Dormy Inn in Marunouchi, Kofu.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Kofu. There is a large public bath, and there are night noodles, ice cream, and welcome drinks, so it is more than enough for a business hotel. The room has a partition between the entrance and the bed to ensure sound insulation.I'm grateful for the 11am check-out, which allows me to relax after breakfast. It's a little far from the station, and there are cabaret clubs and girls' bars lined up in the bar district.

The guest rooms appear to have been converted from studio apartments, and there is not enough space to hang clothes or store luggage, and the plumbing is inconvenient. The renovations and cleaning have been done properly and it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. The public bath is not very large, but it is hygienic, and if it is not open, you can relax more than in a long-established hot spring inn.The breakfast buffet was a blessing, offering a wide variety of local specialties in small quantities. This area was perfect, so I think I could have given the hotel a 5 star if the rooms were at least as good as Toyoko Inn.

This is a business hotel in a rural area that is below average for Dormy Inns, with lipstick left on the cups in the room and broken lights in the room. There are other hotels in Kofu with high cost performance, such as castle hotels, so I won't be visiting here again.

There are two Dormy Inns near here, but the rooms at this hotel are a little older. I have a type of sink where the water in the washbasin is twisted, but it tends to get clogged. Also, there wasn't a lot of space to hang clothes, so it would be a problem if you had to add coats in the winter. The parking lot doesn't seem to have a lot of space for flat parking for high roofs, so you will be directed to a nearby parking lot, which can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

I am very grateful that there is a large public bath. The room was also clean. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but you can have a relaxing stay. At check-in, the staff were courteous. thank you very much.

It's really too dirty. The first room I entered was full of flies and the plumbing in the room was very dirty.I thought this room might be dirty, so I asked the front desk.Regarding the flies, they suggest using insecticide, but I wonder if they would be comfortable spraying insecticide in the room where the bed is located...The second room was also moldy and extremely dirty.I realized that just because it's a Dormy Inn doesn't mean it's good.I've stayed at various hotels on business trips, but none of them were clean enough to rank among the worst ever.If you are concerned about dirt or are a germophobe, please avoid using it.Even if you move rooms, you just move from one dirty room to another. In my case, the air conditioner in the room I moved to had a musty smell, which made me bitter. If you are insensitive to dirt and smells and prioritize services such as hot springs, soba noodles, and ice cream, I think it is a good idea to use it.I'm the type of person who wants to avoid mold and dirt as much as possible when I'm staying there, so I'll give it one star.I hope this is helpful.

A wonderful hotel where everything is done for guests' relaxation. When you first arrive in the room, of course it seems a bit small. …

It was an older Dormy among the Dormy Inns. The hot and cold shower faucets were separate. There were no problems with the room. The front customer service is one level lower than other Dormy Inns. I don't know if it's unavoidable due to the timing or if it's always the case, but I was a little bothered by the fact that there weren't many open shops around me.
