It was the worst place I've ever stayed. I looked at the reviews, but since other people had written so many things, I went in with high expectations, thinking that things had improved. However, when I first entered the bathroom, there was a large slug that I had never seen stuck to the wall, so it didn't feel clean, and I lost the desire to take any other baths. Even if you look through the door, they all look the same. The next morning, when I took a shower in my room, every time I turned on the hot water faucet, only boiling water came out, but when I turned on the water even a little, only ice-cold water came out.It was really difficult and I was irritated from the morning. The employees are friendly, but either they haven't read the reviews, or they haven't seen any improvement, or if they have, I think they're psychopaths. The food is not as delicious as other people have written, nor is it cheap. I will definitely not recommend it to my friends and will never go there again.

It's located quite a bit uphill from the city. There are no convenience stores nearby, but it's amazing that there are 9 types of hot springs! The sound quality was also good. It's also nice that there are hammock-like chairs in the smoking area.I want to visit with my mother next time.

All the bathrooms are dirty! There are insects everywhere. This is my first time having such a restless bath!Driving the shuttle is the worst. The food repertoire is small.

Although the facility feels old, it is sufficient considering the reasonable price. The hot springs can be used freely as long as a private bath is available, and it is nice that you can choose between a large bath that can accommodate 4-5 people or a bath that can be used by 1-2 people. The food is not fancy, but it is carefully prepared and delicious, and the dining atmosphere is nice. The customer service from both of them was very pleasant, and overall satisfaction was high.If I were to complain, it would have been nice to have an extension cord as there was no power source to charge at bedside.

Perhaps because I stayed there without any prior knowledge, I had a wonderful time. What I remember most was the terrace connecting the main house and the outhouse, and since there was a smoking area here, I ended up smoking more than usual.Apparently, you can enjoy a barbecue if you make a reservation, but there didn't seem to be any reservations on the day of the event, so I had the terrace to myself many times, where I could hear the chirping of Japanese warblers.Virtually all of the nine types of hot springs in the name are reserved for private use, and you can use them at any time if they are available. There was only one spot that could not be used due to maintenance, but I was able to soothe the fatigue of driving in the largest rock bath. It seems that you can't take a bath after midnight, but since you have to go outside and enter, we recommend that you use the bath relatively early and that there are no showers, so you should wash your hair and body in the bathroom in your room. The room was a standard twin room, but it was very clean and comfortable. It comes with a toilet with a washing machine, a separate bathroom, and a vanity. However, please note that the room does not have a refrigerator, kettle, or loungewear. The refrigerator and kettle can be shared in separate rooms, but you may run into trouble if you go without knowing this.I needed to stay overnight in a hurry, so I booked this inn in the afternoon of the same day, as there was only one room left, just based on the distance to my home and the price. There was no plan that included dinner, so I stayed without meals, but when I read the reviews later, I saw that the dinner was well received, so next time I would like to stay with breakfast and dinner included. It was a little difficult to understand where the parking lot was, how to get to the front desk, and how to get to the private bath. There are a lot of bad reviews about the cleanliness of the facility, whether there is a toilet with a toilet, and the private bath, but I don't know if it makes a difference depending on the room you stayed in or the time of year. At least I had a very comfortable night.

Many of you gave ⭐4 stars or above.Did your house have a particularly bad room?First of all, I arrived at the parking lot and was surprised to see the front entrance. It was dirty. The slippers also felt kind of dirty, and above all, I was surprised by the room.In the photo, it looked pretty clean, but the passageway smelled like mold and there was no yukata in the room, so the toilet wasI was surprised that there was no washlet. The room was dirty. It was the worst. The hot water was also dirty. The 9 types of hot springs were just names, so you shouldn't have high expectations. The toilet was so dirty that I couldn't even sit down.It was my first time without taking a bath in the morning. I didn't have a bath in the morning, which made my trip feel worse.I'll never come again

I ordered one with an open-air bath, but it smelled like mold so I had to change it. Perhaps because there were not many customers in the bath, we only had 4 types of baths. The food was delicious. It was cheap, but there were spider webs at the entrance. The wallpaper was peeling off and left in what appeared to be the lobby.I wonder if they are doing the bare minimum of cleaning. The entrance is also difficult to find. It's a shame that it hasn't been taken care of comprehensively.

The French dinner is delicious and fills your stomach. It's not impossible to visit 9 types of hot springs, but it gives the impression that there are 9 types of hot springs to choose from. The room is large and clean, making it very relaxing.
