I used it in March. My husband and I stayed there for one night starting on Friday, and the customer service was very polite and great! The customer service, food, and hot springs were all excellent, and I would definitely want to stay there again, which I remembered when I saw it featured on TV the other day.I would definitely like to use it again when I go to Nikko.

The view and food were great, but there were sound issues in the room. Mechanical-like noises could be heard in the room, disrupting sleep, more noticeable in the hallway, and so bassy that even earplugs couldn't block it out. The screen door was in tatters, so I couldn't open the window to drown out the noise. There were also problems with food service. Perhaps due to a lack of staff, there were times when we had to wait 20 minutes for the first drink, and other times the food was served one after the other. The taste of the food itself was delicious.I had no choice but to drive in the intense heat with no sleep, and it was not a good memory. I don't think I would recommend it to others.
