My wife and I have been travelling around Hokkaido for the length of our vacation and this stop was one of the high-lights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room beautiful and the food delicious. I would recommend this place to any and all.

Maybe my expectations were too high since the reviews were so good. The guest room was a good size and had a nice space, and it was great to take a bath while looking out at Nakajima (even better if the bathroom window was open).I took a bath many times, but there was only one bath towel...I was alone. However, I wanted them to have at least two. It's a shame that the loungewear is made of synthetic fabric (am I the only one who thinks natural materials like cotton are better after a bath?)The number and content of the meals may be luxurious, but there was nothing memorable about them, and the sashimi and salad that were served for breakfast were lukewarm and the vegetables were not drained properly, leaving water at the bottom of the bowl. The tamagoyaki was also overcooked and hard and discolored. Breakfast starts at 8am (fixed), which is too late. There are probably various issues such as the working hours of employees...I said a lot of harsh things, but since it was such a wonderful space, I felt like I was wasting my time.

There were not many guest rooms to begin with, and since it was the off-season, we were able to spend a quiet time.Choose a welcome candy. I think it would be great for newlyweds to stay in a room with a bath.At night we had Teppanyaki. The beef was delicious, but the sea urchin, caviar, and medium fatty Isobe rolls were exquisite.Breakfast is Japanese food. I enjoyed the large number of items. The hot spring water was nice, flowing directly from the source. It was a nice place to relax during my stay.
