Because I need to check out around 7 o'clock the next day.We were clearly informed when we checked inThe waiter also clearly understood and specifically stated that breakfast could not be served. We also knew clearly. We ordered two bottles of wine with dinnerThe waiter also signed the bill for us and told us to hang up the room bill. However, the waiter who greeted us when we entered the room "knocked hard on the door" at 22:30 and asked us to pay for the dinner wine in cash first. As soon as I opened the door, I kept talking in Japanese without giving any chance to explain my lack of understanding of Japanese.Only cash payment options are availableI thought it would be fine right away, but 20 minutes later there was another loud knock on the door. This time, he said that he just got the wrong receipt. It’s really unimaginable that a hotel of this level would disturb customers at close to 11 o’clock in the evening. It’s also even more unimaginable that there won’t be someone at the front desk to handle check-out or room account matters at seven in the morning.I don’t understand why if you have difficulty paying, you can just pay at the restaurant directly. What’s also surprising is that the customer’s name was misspelled.I don’t know how to complain anymoreIn addition, there is a small problem of language barrier. The waiter who welcomed us into the room spoke poor English. The introduction of facilities and rooms is not accurate. We carried the luggage into the room ourselves (he only took the lightest)We only found out by looking at the sign that luggage cannot be dragged on the tatami floor. No information was given about the use of towels in the bathhouse. So we didn’t bring towels when we went to bathe, thinking that the bathhouse would provide themWhen we needed to find a waiter in the restaurant, no one came into our room, so we had to go out and ask for someone. After asking someone to come in, we were told that there was a service bell with no sign and no one told us to ring.Strange behavior also included the third guest's tatami mattressThe entire bed blocks the middle of the roomA situation in which a person sleeping on a regular bed steps on someone else's head when going to the bathroom. The overall experience does not match what I saw on GoogleI tried very hard to enjoy this stay(And we have already booked a big room and a good combination)Just still quite disappointed

I used it to celebrate my 60th birthday during my birthday week...I chose one of the accommodations close to Nikko Toshogu Shrine...I requested a Japanese-Western room, so I took a little initiative and ordered a special course menu...In that case, not only food, but also preferential check-in and check-out times, and even room amenities will be upgraded.Even if I arrived early, they would let me park my car, come right away, and help me buy tickets for Toshogu Shrine, which is very helpful. When you check in, you will be served matcha sweets, and the shop next to the shop also sells natural shaved ice, draft beer, etc.Loading up the baggage to the room was smooth and the explanation of the room was very thorough...This was my first time in a Japanese-style room without tables, chairs, sofas, etc., and it was very comfortable to sit on.The scenery is nice, and I can imagine how beautiful it must be during the fall foliage season, and the amenities in the room are amazing. To upgrade the rank, they provided Tan amenities...The shampoo in the bathroom in the room was also Tan products...The basics were sufficient, and they even had heel cream, which gave me a sense of their attention to detail. In the large public bath, although not all, the shower head is miraculous? There were some women who had this. There was also a little shampoo bar.The large communal bath had good hot water both indoors and outdoors. The room number is clearly marked where you put your footwear, so you don't get it wrong or someone else wears it, so I thought that was a great consideration...Meals are served in private rooms, where you will be greeted, and each private room has its name clearly written at the entrance, making you feel like you are being treated to a good meal. I felt it.The food was wonderful, the Tochigi beef was delicious, there were 3 desserts, and the bowls and presentation were visually pleasing.I ate a lot for breakfast and was full, and they also made me coffee, which made me happy. It was a truly wonderful stay, and I had wonderful memories. I would like to stay here again when I go to Nikko.Thank you very much.

It is located right next to Nikko Toshogu Shrine. Since we arrived early, we decided to visit Toshogu Shrine. The person in charge of driving the car at the hotel very kindly explained the route. Thank you very much.
