The place was clean and very close to the lake, the owner greeted us after arrival and even provided snacks. There is a new by restaurant and a convenience store is not too far.

The room was decent and clean. The owner was also very kind and delivered snacks twice during our 5-night stay. It’s a nice option next to the huge hotels nearby. Our only minor gripe is the slightly bad odor in the common space, however it doesn’t affect the room itself.Can recommend for a trip to explore Tōya!

Great place to have a pleasant stay in Toyako Onsen. The host was extremely kind and brought us cakes three mornings in a row. I advise !

The owner is very nice, responsive and helpful, and even offered us cakes several times during our stay. The house is very well located, and the rooms are comfortable (small downside on the bedding, the futons on bunk beds are not very comfortable). But very good value for money.

The room is very clean and large enough. It has all kinds of daily necessities. The bed is very comfortable. The location is right next to the Manseikaku Hotel, which is easy to find. There are discount coupons for the hot springs of Manseikaku Hotel. The hot springs are very comfortable. Hideさん is very helpful. I left my bag on the bus. He helped me contact the bus station and drove me to get my bag back. Thank you very much.
