I used it for my son's birthday. My son was very happy that he wrote a message on the dessert and also received a message and a portrait medal. Both the dinner and breakfast were very delicious, and the fact that they used a lot of Tochigi ingredients made me happy and served as a memory of my trip to Tochigi.I felt the small thoughtful touches here and there, such as the different colored toothbrushes and the presence of ice cream and beer in the large communal bath. The response from the staff was not just superficial, but genuine hospitality. It was a really wonderful memory. thank you very much.

Congratulations on winning the Michelin Key!The hospitality of the staff is high, and the quality of the food is amazing, and the food is amazing and delicious every time! We especially recommend Teppanyaki!I chose Teppanyaki again this time, and you can't go wrong! Mr. Takita, who is in charge of cooking, talks kindly and quickly prepares the ingredients. This is an art! You can see the unique performance of Teppanyaki right in front of your eyes. Honestly, all of them were delicious and I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!Fufu comes with a butler in each room! I felt comfortable with the small attentiveness and casual conversation during the meal. All rooms have open-air baths! It was a standard room, but it was large enough for two people to spend time together, the furniture was inspired by Nikko, and it had a gentle aroma! With the full range of amenities, I was able to feel an extraordinary experience and spend a gentle and rich time! One thing that bothered me was the stain on the fabric sofa! It was a shame because the hotel aims for the highest standards, the staff is thoroughly trained, and the exterior of the hotel and garden are well-maintained!I hope it has been improved the next time I visit! What makes Fufu Nikko highly satisfying is that there is free time in the lounge, and there is a large public bath with great hot water!I hope it continues!Good location, close to the pass stop, and a delicious soba restaurant within walking distance! Of course Nikko Toshogu Shrine is nearby!I really recommend this place. We are sure that you will be satisfied even if you bring your friends and family! I'll visit you again...Thank you for the fun, kind, and rich time♪

Being branded a small luxury resort, it definitely lives up to that. It is very clean and it is very impressive that despite the suite being mostly carpet, there was absolutely no bad smells. Also the resort is located at a quiet part of town but still very accessible with a bustop right in front.Transport wise: They have a parking area and there is also a bustop (12.rengeishi蓮華石) at the front of the ryokan so it is great for both pass and non-pass users. We stayed at the comfort suite and the private onsen can probably fit 2-3 people comfortably.Service was excellent and is a great example of Japanese hospitality, very considerate and discreet in their consideration. The best way to describe this would be that it felt like they were our staff and that instead of a hotel/resort, we were staying at our privately owned vacation property. It is difficult to describe this place with words. Our only regret is not staying long enough and we will definitely be back in other seasons.Do yourself a favour if you come to Nikko, stay here for at least 3 nights. (Worth every penny!!!)

I stayed here at the end of September when it started to cool down. The view from the window was very beautiful and there was a screen door, so I opened the window and enjoyed the sound of the bell insects. It was nice to be able to enjoy the sound of the river in the large public bath, separate from the room bath.

This was the 6th place to visit Fufusan, following Atami, Hakone, Lake Kawaguchi, Old Karuizawa, and Karuizawa. The interior and furnishings were all set up in the Taisho era style, and the atmosphere was really nice.It was a separate type room on the second floor, but it was spacious.I was especially impressed by the size of the changing room and the open-air bath in the guest room. There are two washbasins, one in the front and one in the back, so each person can use one for their own use. There was even a sofa in the changing room. The indoor wear is loose and extremely comfortable. The staff was really attentive and perfect.I was very satisfied with the food, both dinner and breakfast. The public bath also has bath towels and towels, so you don't have to take them out of your room, and there's water, beer, and ice cream too. This might be my favorite fufu-san ever.I will definitely come again.Renting an electric bicycle and cycling to Toshogu Shrine was also a great experience.thank you very much.
