The room was renovated, so it was clean and I was overall satisfied. The staff also made a good impression!Stairs can be difficult for elderly people and families with many small children. Also, the dining room is in an annex, so you will need to navigate the outside stairs.[Good points]The food is delicious, the rooms and common spaces are clean, and the standing bath is interesting.[Unfortunate point]The structure of the building itself is old, so it seemed like it would be noisy (though it was relatively quiet because the room next door was vacant). Some areas are not cleaned properly (toilet seat, near the refrigerator)*If the cleaning was perfect, it would have been ⭐︎5! !

I was very satisfied with everything: the service, the room, the bathroom, and the food. The open-air bath in the guest room while listening to the sound of the river was extremely relaxing, and I was very happy with the warmth of the employees. I want to go again.

I visited as a family of three. When I visited Tsuetate Onsen last year, I stayed at a small inn on the opposite bank, and I want to stay there the next time I come! That's what I thought. When we arrived, a staff member came out to the parking lot and guided us. There is no elevator up to the 3rd floor of your room. It was okay because I didn't have slippers, but I thought it would have been difficult to wear slippers. The room I stayed in this time had twin beds. We had a futon laid out in the tatami area, and although it felt a bit small, we had a comfortable stay. It's helpful to have a coffee maker, teacup, and coffee cup. There was also Tsuetate pudding in the refrigerator.I took a walk around the neighborhood with my daughter and went to a hot spring. I was surprised by the 145cm standing bath, but the temperature of the water was also very comfortable. The long-awaited steaming water was so hot that it didn't stay for even a minute. I wonder if I could have just sat down if I had a bath towel or something?Dinner usually starts at 6pm. You can serve dishes that are pleasing to the eye. It's a little salty, so it absorbs alcohol easily. Before arriving in the afternoon, we stopped by and ordered some sake from the local Kawazu Sake Brewery, which was delicious.Breakfast starts at 8am. It's fun to put small bowls in a basket in advance and have a few side dishes. After refilling the rice, it was a complete meal following dinner. The food tastes really good.Thank you for taking photos on the way home. This is an inn that I would like to visit again. thank you.

I went with my family. The food was very delicious, and when I was about to eat dessert, my child started getting bored, so I gave up on eating dessert and was about to go back to my room, but she told me I could eat in my room. The care I received warmed my heart. I would definitely like to go again.

My husband and I stayed in a room with a cypress bath.It was a newly renovated and clean room, and it was clean, and the room itself was designed with the best layout of an inn and a hotel, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. The bath in the room was nice, but perhaps because I went late in the day, I was able to use the public bath privately, which was very relaxing. The restaurant was right outside the room, so it was very convenient and the food was all delicious.I was very satisfied with everything from the customer service, room, food, and bathroom.

I stayed here as a family of three with my children. The food was delicious, and even though my child was small (under 3 years old), they took great care of me.[Good points]There were many families with children, so even if the children were a little noisy, everyone was comfortable with each other. There is a steam room in front of the inn, so you can steam potatoes and eggs right away. A colander was borrowed from the inn. You do need to buy ingredients in advance.[Subtle points]There was no cushioning material on the sliding door of the room, so when a child opened or closed it for fun, it would make a banging sound. It resonated surprisingly. There was no bath in the room.Due to a mechanical failure, the men's standing bath at the bathhouse was not available. There is only an indoor bath and sauna. There is also no open-air bath.

The room, customer service, and food were all great! I was very happy with the casual attention. However, this is not the inn's fault, but the MAP navigation led us through an extremely narrow road, which made me break out in a cold sweat💦When I talked to the person at the inn, they said, "Even locals don't go there that often (lol)." That's what I was told😱
