Although the rooms do not have baths or toilets (some rooms do have them), this is a hotel where you can stay as usual.

A normal business hotel.The Japanese-style room is spacious, so I'd prefer the Japanese-style room next time.The rice at breakfast was delicious.

WiFi is available late at night. The room did not have a bath. There is an ashtray. The public bath is for men only. There are no hair dryers or amenities in the changing room. There's free coffee at the front desk. You can read newspapers at the front desk. There is no coin laundry. The room is dirty. There are vending machines, but they are expensive. A convenience store is 600 meters away. There are few restaurants. Breakfast starts at 7am by reservation. Is your TV small and the remote control response slow? The elevator makes an error sound when there are more than 3 people.

Sauna in the public bath. It has a Showa feel and is quite good.The phone number on the warning sign is 7 digits after Tokyo 03, not 8 digits. The illustrations drawn there are also tasteful in Toris style.The thermometer is broken and the hourglass is missing, but that's okay too.

If you're staying in Moka, we recommend this. I can drink coffee all day long. The parking lot is free and spacious.

Customer service attitude and cleaning is really trash. It's not worth talking about.The dryer is weak and smells so I can't use it.The bath in the public bath is lukewarmThere was a mistake on the hotel's side.When I told them that something like this happened to me and that I would like them to be more careful next time, they didn't apologize and seemed to almost ignore me.The customer service attitude was really rubbish except for the lady in the dining room.To be frank, I feel bad.I don't want to use it again

It seems to be the "new wing" of Matsuya Ryokan (relative to the main building), but if this is your first time, be careful not to get confused. The staff's follow-up is thorough.Although it is a business hotel, it can also be used as a family inn.If you're looking for accommodation in Tochigi Prefecture, it's relatively inexpensive, but during peak seasons the prices seem to be higher than what's listed on the website, so if you're looking for a cheap plan, it might be cheaper to book through an agency service.Payment can only be made locally, but various cashless payments are possible.

The exterior looked old and I wasn't expecting much, but the inside was clean and beautiful. The room has been renovated and is quite new, and the unit bath is also up to date.It's not cheap at around 6,000 yen per night without meals, but it was clean so I have no complaints. The parking lot is across the road.

It may not be a good thing to say this, but it is neither bad nor bad.The layout of each room is quite different, starting with the door opening inwards and outwards, the placement of the sink and bathroom, the presence or absence of a washlet, the number of outlets, the type and size of the air conditioner, the size of the storage space, etc. different. Coin-operated laundry machines are installed in places where you can't tell whether they're on the rooftop or on the balcony.Considering the design of the building, this is completely unreasonable.What makes up for this incomprehensible feeling is the low accommodation costs and friendly staff.Considering it was a cheap inn in the countryside, this may be a good memory.
