Reservation via telephone.. Transfer payment... This check time is very easy. Booked a room for 4 people but were only given 2 towels and soap, maybe that's management procedure. The warm water when it arrived was delivered in 3 glasses.The bathroom also functions as a private plunge pool 👍 with quite good hot water. The closet for our family is not quite right.The children's swimming pool is OK, the fish therapy pool is great... The atmosphere of the accommodation is OK.Hopefully the good things can be maintained in the future.

Every time I go to Cipanas, I always stay here. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have hot tubs. The water temperature can be adjusted according to your wishes. There are swimming pool facilities (warm water) and a fish therapy pond. Good service and very helpful. Towels, soap and warm drinking water are provided (you can refill)

A comfortable relaxing place to stay in Cipanas, Garut. The area is quite large, there is a warm water swimming pool, garden and therapy fish pond. The room I ordered can be used for a family with 5 adults and 1 toddler. This includes an en suite bathroom with a warm water soaking pool whose temperature can be adjusted. So comfortable! Got breakfast delivered to the room, it tasted standard. There are also carriages nearby that you can take around to see the sights and stop by the local market for snacks. Not far from the souvenir shop either.

Cheap hotel with sufficient facilities, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, there is a hot water soaking pool for small children which is open until after 9pm, then there is a fish therapy pool

The place is nice, clean, the facilities have a TV on, the water is also hot, even though it's dawn, it's still hot, you can get breakfast plus a jug of water, so you're not afraid of getting thirsty
