Absolutely LOVE the private onsen experience!!! I find this place affordable but not walkable from train station because it's on a hill. Taxi costs 850 yen. I was a bit disappointed at first because the ryokan is not meticulously clean and bedroom decor is old. But quickly impressed by the relaxing private onsen. I can adjust the temperature of the water and the onsen is big enough to soak my whole body. A bit shocked to find only outdoor shower. Wifi is not very good. There is no view of the mountain because it's blocked by trees. I did get a bit of view when dining because I got a dining room with window. The food is good. There were one other group of guests during my stay. The ryokan is not staffed in the evening after dinner. The staff is based in the restaurant on the right side of the entrance. He is friendly and tried his best to serve the guests.

I don't write about things like this because they're annoying... but this was the first time I've ever been this satisfied with an accommodation, so I'm writing a few words!!I stayed alone from the 9th to the 10th, and I already miss it...I made a reservation because I was so tired from work and wanted to rest quietly in nature alone.I was able to rest comfortably in a quiet, private, and spacious room that exceeded my expectations...I also enjoyed the experience of taking a hot spring bath in the early morning while listening to the birdsong.Advantages1) Even in the summer of July, it was cool, comfortable, and I was able to rest comfortably.2) The meal was really delicious. I got a lot of compliments on the kaiseki dinner, but I never thought the breakfast would be delicious too.3) When I visited, there were hardly any customers so it was more comfortable.4) The most important thing is that the owner is very, very, very kind... He took really good care of me... It felt like I was visiting my parents' house. When I checked out, they caught me a taxi and saw me off at the door until the taxi left.5) They do this much for this price? Configuration you wantdisadvantage1) Slightly old facilities2) Because the accommodation is located in nature, bugs come in (there were no mosquitoes!)3) Wi-Fi does not work well (I think this is a characteristic of ryokans)Anyway, I don't know how to speak Japanese, so I guess I couldn't say thank you very well... Thanks to the owner, I left precious memories... I'll take my family with me next year!!

On Saturday night, in this room (Japanese-style room ➕ bedroom with 2 semi-double beds ➕ open-air bath), with this food, this price is the best value for money. What's more, it was the best accommodation where I was healed by the kindness of the host. Highly recommended for people who want to relax in the mountains. It would be a waste to let foreign tourists monopolize it. This is a very relaxing inn.

Since I found out a little late, I didn't have many options.Among them, I chose Yamamomiji, and the best part was that it had a private bath!As soon as you check in, have dinner, breakfast,The best thing was that I was able to use it conveniently whenever I had time. The kaiseki was a little salty, but I enjoyed the food they prepared for dinner and breakfast. It was a very happy trip thanks to the kindness of the owner and the really, really cute kids^^

Weekdays 22,920 yen (bathing tax included), dinner included, breakfast the next day.I think a spacious room with a private open-air bath for 200,000 won is very cost-effective. ! There's nothing in the refrigerator, and there's no convenience store nearby, so you have to buy something to drink or eat. Except the facilities are a bit old, they are very friendly and nice.

It’s my first time here. It’s located on the side of the road, so it’s not too difficult to find. There is a free parking space at the door of the hotel. The hotel has a steep slope, so it’s a little inconvenient to drag luggage. The entrance is narrow, so be careful when handling large luggage. The room is very cozy. , the bed has been made, and there is a large independent bathtub, but there is less shelter. It will be very cold when there is wind at night. The hot water in the shower head provided is very slow, and the hot spring water is very hot. Remember to turn on the cold water to neutralize it, because it is an open-air pool. There are a lot of leaves inside. Although a net is provided, the hot spring bathing experience is a bit lacking. However, the hotel provides dinner and breakfast. The portions are sufficient and delicious. They go well with searing. The service attitude is good and the overall stay experience is good.

Each room has its own private hot spring, spacious rooms and good food welcome guests. However, it is said that traffic is completely destroyed. They say they will call a taxi to use when checking out when chaining.I drive a car and am a bit dissatisfied with the parking space.

Taxi from central Yufuin costs approximately 800-1000 yen.The internal hot spring itself is really nice, and the bedding is also very good. The service is also very excellent.Kaiseki is also very simple, but all the food is somewhat salty. It's similar to Korean traditional food, but it doesn't have any special tastes.Prices vary depending on the time of year, so please keep this in mind when going. I recommend going during the week.
