The quality is much lower than before. The cleaning was not thorough and the food was disappointing. Also, it is impossible for someone to come into the room without permission during the morning meal and clean it before checking out in the morning, and it is unthinkable for them to enter the room without asking. It's a pity that the quality has declined overall!

A long-established luxury inn. It cannot be denied that the rooms are old, but the open-air bath at the hot springs was spacious and very comfortable. The garden seen from the window was also lovely. The food was also delicious. All the staff were very responsive.I think it would be even better if you could ask when to serve the rice during the meal.Since I made the reservation online, there were times when my request was not met, but overall I was satisfied.I also want to go with my whole family.Local sake and wine service at the lounge was good.

I stayed on a weekday Thursday during the autumn leaves season.I was about 15 minutes earlier than the check-in time, but as soon as I arrived at the front door, a staff member came over, checked my name, took my luggage out of the trunk, left the keys to my car, and took me to the parking lot. It was a so-called valet parking system where the staff would take it to you. When filling out the accommodation list, we were given a matcha tea service as a welcome drink. The building itself may be showing its age, but it is kept in good condition.I had plenty of time until dinner, so I went to the public bath first. Both towels and bath towels are provided in the public bath, so that's a great thing. Both the indoor and outdoor baths have free flowing water, and are said to use the same source as the Nasu Imperial Villa. The water was just the right temperature, and I was able to soothe my tiredness from climbing the mountain. Both dinner and breakfast were a reasonable amount and tasted very good.My wife says she wants to repeat it from now on.

I think it's a famous inn from long ago.The hot springs seem to come from the same source as Daimaru Onsen Ryokan.

An inn that uses the same spring quality as the imperial mansion in Nasu, Tochigi Prefecture. This time I stayed in a zelkova room with a garden, footbath, and open-air bath♡I was very satisfied with everything from the welcome at the entrance, the customer service, the food, and the layout of the room. We also received matcha and cocoa flavored Japanese sweets as a welcome service. The mini garden right next to the entrance is also very beautiful, and the shop sells local sake and sweets. (There are many souvenir shops along the way. There was a nice liquor store nearby.)◆Room◆With garden, footbath and open-air bath (washing area also available)So I had a relaxing time. While taking a footbath, you can watch the little birds come up close, and enjoy the sweets that were in your room and the free drinks. The garden is illuminated at night. We enjoyed the hot springs even late at night, so we were happy that the baths were lit up all night. You can't go out because you can see the open-air baths in other rooms outside the fence, but the view is quite satisfying.I took as much as I wanted at any time I wanted.Although it is a simple hot spring, it has a lot of sulfate ions, so it has a sulfur smell and is soft and has a smooth cleansing effect. It doesn't feel that hot after taking a bath, but the hot springs are so powerful that you start to sweat. The spring quality is simple hot spring. The floor was warm and my feet were warm. The bed was spacious and I had Ken Matsudaira's pillow. There were plenty of amenities, and if you liked the drawstring bag, you could take it home with you.◆Meals◆Both dinner and breakfast are served in your room with a view of the garden. The meals were beautiful to look at and all tasted great, with seasonal touches such as cherry blossom decorations. The bean stencil is especially delicious, so much so that I want a second helping! !I'm very satisfied with everything from appetizers to sweets. You can also order alcohol. There is also a local sake shop nearby, so I picked up some rare Japanese sake.Breakfast had a lot of variety, and the porridge was warm and soaked in my body.◆Large bath◆There is a spacious washing area, indoor bath, and large open-air bath.Surrounded by trees, you will be surrounded by the sweet scent of plants, and you will be healed by plenty of negative ions. Good both during the day and at night. At 3 a.m., the genders change. The large open-air bath on the right side was spacious and spectacular.Towels are provided, so you don't have to take them out of your room. I'm also happy that there is a free massage machine in front of the bathhouse.◆Service◆From 16:00 to 18:00, wine, local sake, and juice were served in the lobby. It was very delicious. At other times, you can enjoy coffee or tea while looking out at the garden.Customer service was polite and neat and clean. There are also many tourist attractions nearby.(This time, I visited Shika-no-Yu, Sesshoseki, Cheese Garden, and Jizakeya, so I will post a separate post on Tabelog)I would like to visit you again ♡

It is a building with a certain age, so what can be repaired should be repaired. The chair in the toilet in the room had come off a screw and was tilted at an angle. impossible.Do only the bare minimum of staff work. I feel like the concept of service is a little off. When I asked for breakfast at 8:00, the person who put up the futon came in at 7:20 and turned on the lights. There were people still sleeping, so you should consider the guests. However, I went out into the hallway and talked to the staff with the door open, which was annoying. In the end, it was 745 that I was able to raise the futon in my room.Basically, the staff only do the minimum amount of work. The toilet in the room was unscrewed and the chair was askew. It was good that the food was small. Dinner was not good, but breakfast was good. The open-air bath was spacious and nice.
