Since I went to Yufuin suddenly, there was no accommodation with a private open-air bath, so I found this place while looking for it. The room is spacious and the open-air bath can accommodate up to 4 people, so it was good.Because I made a reservation through Agoda, I only reserved breakfast. It was clean and delicious! The location is also a 15-minute walk from the station, and a taxi costs about 550-600 yen. They provide one-time taxi fare when you check in, so when you get on the bus and give them a receipt, they give you cash right away, so be sure to take a taxi.

The owner is Korean, so it's very convenient if you're Korean.It's a short walk from the station, and they were kind enough to pick me up by car.The room was nice and the food was delicious.

I'm afraid I won't be able to find a more affordable private open-air hot spring room than this one.If you want to try a private spa without any other options, this is it!

Although I was staying with a small child, they were well taken care of and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. This detached building also has a parking lot, but if you are going sightseeing on Yunotsubo Kaido, we recommend that you park your car at the nearby parking lot rather than walking. To get there, you will have to walk on a road with no sidewalks (which has quite a lot of traffic).

Used for overnight stay.It's about a 10 minute walk from the station, but there's a slope so it's a bit tiring to walk (lol)Check-in and check-out will take place further up the stairs.(There is a bath in the room, but if you want to use the large public bath, you can also use Yamanami)You can park at Yamanami or back up at Senju.Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the futons were already laid out when we arrived. I'm just going to laze around and take a bath in the hot spring in my room, so there's no problem (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧It might feel a little small if you put two futons on it (^^;)The bath is hot from the source, so if it's hot, add water before entering. A simple alkaline and slightly slimy type. When you enter, your skin will feel moisturized♪There is also a microwave oven, so you can warm it up!However, there is no plastic wrap or paper plates, so if you bring your own, you will need to bring your own or purchase them at a convenience store (there is a Lawson nearby).Since it is along the mountain, insects may come to visit secretly, so please let us know.

The surrounding environment of the hotel is peaceful. Although there are only 3-4 rooms, each room is very large and has a large open-air hot spring bath, which is very comfortable. The meals at the hotel are delicious. The Kaiseki cuisine for dinner is rich in variety, the ingredients and cooking are very exquisite, and the portions are sufficient. Breakfast is a traditional Japanese meal. Although there are more pickles, it is still very delicious.The hotel is a little far away from the station and Yunotsubo Street, but there is a shuttle service, which is very convenient. The service staff at the hotel can speak simple English and are very kind and patient.If you want to enjoy a personal hot spring bath in Yufuin, eat delicious local food, and have an excellent accommodation experience, I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a ``just right'' inn that is reasonably priced and well maintained.You can relax without worrying about the hustle and bustle, and the bath in the room is spacious enough, and the lukewarm water is perfect for a relaxing soak. The dishes are simple, but the soup stock is very delicious, and you can enjoy simmered dishes and soups. The portion is just right for a woman, and you can enjoy it until the end without feeling bitter.Although futons are prepared by self-service, I think it is sufficient considering the accommodation fee and the size of the inn. It is often recommended for people with children due to the design of the room, but I think it is more suitable for adults to relax. This is a wonderful space that I would like to make my regular accommodation in Yufuin.

The open-air bath in the room, the food, and the staff's service were all 5 stars. I was also able to use a massage chair at a ryokan about a minute's walk away, as it was free to use. By the way, apart from the massage chairs, you can also use the large public bath for free. I had a very meaningful time.
