This is not a ryokan with a hot spring! It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Kinrinko Lake! But I highly recommend it! I was worried because I was traveling with my parents, but there was a shrine a 5-minute walk away, and after the schedule, the shops on the main street were open until 5 o'clock, so I went looking for a drink, but it was closer to the izakaya and Yufuin Station restaurants. !It's a completely independent pension and even has a bathtub that uses hot spring water, so a family of four can enjoy the hot spring water without worrying about hot spring culture(?)! From pick-up on the first day to the day of departure, the owner keeps his appointment and takes me there! Highly recommended, especially for families!

Bad arrangement for the dinner. We drove to the restaurant, but they said there was not enough parking (only 4). They asked us to drive to another parking lot and pay for it. (During the check-in, we asked them if we could drive to the restaurant and park over there. He said yes.)We paid $5000 for the hotel (1 night), and they did not even give us parking in the restaurant at first.And the attitude of the restaurant staff is extremely bad. When they knew us from the hotel, they changed their attitude. But they even don’t say thank you or goodbye when we leave the restaurant. The wallpaper in the room was in tatters, and even though I told them there was a pregnant woman in there, I had salted squid for breakfast, and the room was covered in dust. The TV was also broken.The only good thing about it is the hot spring, which is not great but I can't recommend it enough.

Located in a location overlooking the murmuring of the river and Mt. Yufu, you can spend a quiet time here. You can fully enjoy good old Japan. It's a renovated old house, so you can stay with your family and eat what you bought, or you can order a course from the main Yakiniku restaurant.

The room condition was good and the hot springs were good. The owners were nice and friendly. However, the location is a bit far from the downtown area, but this is true for most ryokans in Yufuin.

An inn where you can stay with peace of mind even during the coronavirus pandemicAfter making the reservation, I was surprised by the politeness of the staff.They were very attentive to everything from planning plans to using the room, and I felt comfortable even before I stayed there.The room is excellent to say the least.I want to stay here for several nights. If I won the lottery, I would want a villa like this.〇BathTatami bath. I'm very grateful for families with children. It seems that the tatami mats are always dried after checking out, so there is no damage and you can use them with confidence.The water was a little too hot for families with children, but it was comfortable to use as they could make cold water.There was also a set of shampoo and other items, which was helpful as I didn't have to carry much luggage. (I only brought baby soap, cleansing agent, and a towel for body washing.)〇RoomIt's a nice, well-cleaned room. You can feel the thoughtfulness of the store staff everywhere. (I wanted to bring my pet, but with such a clean room, I can understand why pets are not allowed.) Even during the coronavirus pandemic, I felt safe as the room was equipped with an air purifier. And there are TVs everywhere. Prime Video was available in the bedroom, and the child became a resident of the bedroom.There is a garden where you can have a barbecue, which is also very beautiful, and I would definitely like to use it next time.〇 ConsiderationWhen we arrived, there was cold water and barley tea in the fridge.
