This is my 4th time at Yunohira Onsen and my 2nd time at Ryokan Maruya. New Year's and this Obon I got a 10 tatami room which is different from last time ☺️ It's spacious and I wonder if it's been renovated? Last time it was 6 tatami mats. Immediately after checking in ♨️ Of course, when I tried to go to the open air bath, the owner was there to help me right away and I was able to enter ☺️ If it was empty, I could enter ♨️ Because of the system, I took 3 baths until the morning bath the next day, which was great 🍀 An exciting evening 🤤 Unlike the winter, it was a summer-like kaiseki meal that showed the owner's passion for cooking, but there wasn't enough white rice... I asked for more rice 🙏 Thank you for preparing a large amount of rice for the next morning ☺️ The rice and all the dishes were delicious 🤤 The friendly owner was funny and nice (lol) However, the air conditioner in the room was on and it got hot... while it was on, it was so noisy 😅 The freezer was frosty. (lol) I'm glad you enjoyed it. Since there are two of us, 6 tatami mats would be fine 🙄 Thank you very much for everything 🙏 It's a wonderful inn ♪

The bath was great! !All the dishes were delicious, especially the fried wild fish.Unfortunately, there was no food list, so I didn't know what was going to be served, so I didn't know when to eat my favorite rice, and I was in trouble because I couldn't tell them what time breakfast was.

The host was very kind and managed by himself, so I felt very relaxed. The food and the baths were great. The room had just been renovated, and the tatami mats were new and clean. Highly recommended.

Pick-up is available from Yunohira Station. I contacted the owner the same day and he came out very kindly. I am satisfied because I can eat delicious food and take a hot spring bath very comfortably in a quiet neighborhood.

The rooms are like an old inn.The owner does all the cleaning and cooking.There are two small baths.The meal feels like the owner put a lot of effort into it.

The morning and evening meals we had in our room were very delicious, not too rich or too light, and the taste was gentle and the quantity was very satisfying. The food is the best! In particular, the private hot springs in the annex, the private rock baths, and the open-air baths are hot springs that you'll want to soak in forever. It was very good.

It was a nice hot spring town that reminded me of the Showa era! We were able to spend the New Year relaxing with Maruya-san, who let us stay at the hotel, and enjoy delicious food and a private private family bath in the detached house!
