I stayed for one night on a plan that included breakfast. It's right in front of Utoro Port, there's a convenience store nearby, and the location couldn't be better. The twin room is spacious enough, and the room is equipped with a washing machine, which is unusual for hotels of this type. Of course, I appreciate that it's free. You can dry your clothes indoors, but if you want to dry them, there is a coin laundry on the 7th floor or a coin laundry shop next door, which is very convenient. A microwave and kettle are also provided. The only disappointing thing is that the cup was a paper cup. However, if you think about hygiene, I think this is also possible. The sunset from the open-air bath was amazing. For some reason, the lid was closed in the morning so I couldn't get in. I hadn't made a reservation for dinner, so the front desk staff kindly recommended a delicious Japanese restaurant and even called me to make a reservation. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, especially the teppanyaki (with stove), which was unusual, and the beef was tender and delicious.

That's terrible...Is this a hotel for cheap overseas tourists?Even so, it's terrible.I don't want ordinary guests to stay there at high rates. The quality of the food is not even close to the free breakfast at a business hotel. It was striking that neither the customers nor the employees at the restaurant were smiling at all. This is the first time I have been so disappointed. My husband couldn't eat because the food was so bad that he ate cup noodles in his room.Since I stayed for 2 nights, I paid an additional 5,000 yen per person for the second night, and ordered a kaiseki meal in my room.I had a bad feeling, but...a lot of the buffet food I had seen the day before was served in a small bowl!Of course there are no crabs.I'm surprised at how empty my heart is.The owner isn't Japanese, right?By the way, the bath was slimy and the open-air bath was closed.I stayed for 2 nights, but there was no cleaning, so even though I had fun looking at the drift ice, I felt really tired when I got back to the room. The response was also terrible. . .

The location is great. I booked a room facing the sea, and the view of the sun setting over the Sea of Okhotsk was spectacular. It's the best memory. The view from the open-air bath on the 7th floor is also spectacular. It is completely visible from the road below, so if you are a woman and are concerned about it, you may need to be careful.I stayed in a twin Western-style room, and the quality of the room was quite good. Having a washing machine in the room was also very helpful. However, as others have written, the open-air bath is lukewarm, and the dinner and breakfast buffets offer the same food. Is it leftover? I can't help but think. Also, the foreign employee who helped us seemed to be not very good at Japanese. I can't help but think that there must be many things.

A very convenient place for sightseeing in Shiretoko! The Utoro Michi-no-Eki bus stop, Seikomart, and 7-Eleven are also nearby. It's also close to the Shiretoko sightseeing boat pier, so it's worth using as a base hotel! I made a reservation with a half board plan. I think the rating for the buffet's food is around 70 points. The octopus is fresh, soft and the best😃The room is pretty clean. The toilets and washrooms are also kept clean. There is an open-air bath on the rooftop, which is very comfortable.

This time I stayed in Utoro Town Center and fell in love with this hot spring hotel. Here is an analysis of its advantages and disadvantages from various aspects:advantage:1. If Utoro wants to stay in hot spring hotels, they are all concentrated on nearby hill platforms. The price starts at about NT$3,500 per person including two meals per night, which is not cheap. Booking this hotel this time is about NT$2,200 per person, which is cheap. a lot of.2. The location is diagonally opposite the visitor center and in front of the bus center. There are two convenience stores nearby. The living functions are good and all needs can be solved on foot.shortcoming:1. It feels like a hotel that lacks manpower. There are almost no people in the lobby. It is quiet and the lights are not fully turned on. When you first visit, you will doubt whether it is open. It is not easy to find someone if you have any questions during your stay, but the service attitude is very good. .2. The hotel's overall hardware equipment is clearly old. The history can be seen in the doors, windows and pillars of the room. The lights in the large bath are dim, the missing clock, and the broken chairs all show that the hotel is unable to update the equipment and may not be in good operating condition. , the usage experience is not good either.3. The expected buffet breakfast and dinner, there are not many delicious dishes to eat, it is probably just enough to fill your stomach, but considering the price, it can only be said that you get what you pay for, and there is nothing wrong with it.Overall, if you want to save money, have convenient transportation, and go shopping in supermarkets, this is Utoro's first choice. On the other hand, if you can't accept old equipment and cheap meals, please spend more and stay in a better hotel.

It’s not too far from the convenience store, and it’s not too far from the bus terminal and the road station. There aren’t many breakfast and dinner options, but the food is quite filling. We were very satisfied with our two-night stay.
