The place is nice, clean and spacious, it's just that the location is a bit far and the road access is bad... in terms of service, I complained about the bathroom equipment and the AC not working, but the staff immediately responded quickly... here there is only a security guard as staff. and his reddoorz guards.

The rooms are fitting and neat, although there are some facilities that you may have forgotten to prepare (no mat) and there is floor cleaning in the bathroom (so it's just not neat). The location is strategic but I was a bit surprised because the corner of the road hadn't been paved yet. Standard service

Review of this guesthouse:1. The location is strategic. But the front road access is bad. Hopefully it can be fixed.2. Reddorz guard service 1 person. With 2 good and friendly security. But unfortunately there is no receptionist like the hotel/Reddorz I previously visited. And the guard/who serves us is only 1 person. And nothing else. The only people who stay here are security. So if you complain, the response is very slow. Hopefully it can be fixed.3. Good facilities. Nice + spacious building. Ample parking, no rain + heat.4. Room. The room facilities are good for prices per night of 140+ thousand and above. There is a TV, AC, table chairs, bed, cupboard, bathroom + shower (no hot water).5. For good luck. But for the bathroom the water is cloudy yellow, and the cleanliness of the bathroom needs to be cleaned again/improved.6. The reason I gave 2 stars is because I was very disappointed with the system. I stayed for 2 nights but the first night in the morning the water was being repaired and was very dirty. There should be prior notification / to avoid review things like this with responsibilities such as returning overnight funds. Because you don't know what we have to do in the morning, etc. This should all be at the hotel's risk. But this cannot be refunded etc. I am very disappointed. From morning until noon there was no water. All my agenda for that day didn't happen :( And I was very disappointed even though I was staying for 2 nights. To urinate/defecate, I had to look for a public toilet, just imagine. I've paid but I can't get my rights. Hopefully this can be fixed with the existence of Unexpected things like this really disappoint those staying. I was so disappointed I don't think I will come here again.

It turned out that the address listed on Google was wrong, fortunately, because I accidentally booked at another hotel, I found the actual address of this hotel. Friends who book can go to the address Wisma 3R 1 near Blok X Perumnas Karawang, Sukaharja, Teluk Jambe Timur.The place is comfortable and clean, cold AC, complete sanitary equipment, clean towels, you can drink a small bottle, only there are no warm water facilities in the bathroom, and the TV can't pick up a signal. But I think it's worth it for that price. Apart from that, the officers are super friendly and helpful.
