The owner was so kind and the room was nice!There was an elevator and the hot springs were hot, so it melted away all the travel fatigue. The price was reasonable and it was great! Very satisfied! It was also nice that it was right next to Aeon Mall.

Here you can get the most complete experience of the Japanese etiquette. We enjoyed the mountain view from our room and the owners are the most hospitable we have ever experienced during our 2 week trip in Japan. They guided us to our room, to the parking, to the private onsen, and even heated our ramen we bought from 7-11. It’s an intense Japanese experience but also fun and unique. There are rules in this hotel and all of them is meant to make the environment clean and safe for everybody. Be respectful of the owners and the hotel, and you will receive the ultimate hospitality.

I told them that my check-in time would be a little late because the train was delayed, but I couldn't check in and was kicked out in the middle of the night even though I had paid. The terms and conditions say that even if you are late, if you contact us, we will make arrangements.If you want to check in again, pay extra cash.requested.This is a terrible couple's accommodation and I definitely don't recommend it.If you don't want to meet a terrible person, you should be careful.It's a good idea. I made a reservation because I wanted to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan, and it gave me the best experience of my trip to Japan. First, I made a reservation for about 150,000 won, including kaiseki breakfast, and the owner and clerks all welcomed me kindly, and the hot springs were the best. I stayed for 1-3 people and 8 people. I made a reservation for a hot spring, and the hot spring for 1 to 3 people was the best. The hot spring for 8 people was hot! I thought the service was really good as there were hair ties and combs in the hot spring and a separate tea drinking area in the room. Additionally, I was able to experience trying on a yukata for free. The clerk even called me before breakfast to let me know that breakfast was ready... It was the best accommodation in many ways. Even the breakfast was Japanese style, so I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience traditional Japan.☆☆☆There is a Daiso and a food store right next to it☆☆☆ This is really great.

It’s close, about a 6-minute walk from Yufuin Station! First of all, the owner can communicate in English and is very, very friendly! It's easy to use because everything is written in Korean.The hot springs are also very good (but you have to be naked in the bath). I will stay again next time I come.

It is located a 5-minute walk from Yufuin Bus Terminal.The location is really good, and the lady, uncle, and grandmother who guided us were all very kind and cheerful.When I arrived in Yufuin on the first day, they kept my luggage for free until check-in time, and when I returned to the accommodation, they moved my suitcase to my room. Thank you very much :)The room had some signs of being a bit old.It was clean and tidyThe hot spring water was clean and warm, so it was great for relieving fatigue. When you go to the hot springs every hour, they provide snacks and water to help you replenish moisture and recharge your sugar. I was so grateful for this thoughtful consideration :)Overall, the facilities on site are neat and clean.There are many types of breakfast and the taste is great. I was very satisfied with the coffee provided until the end.I recommend it~

It was a bit dusty, so I had a hard time with rhinitis. You have to make a reservation to use the private bath, but when I arrived around 4 o'clock, there were almost no options, so I had to use it at 6:30 in the morning. Also, there was a big centipede in the bath, so I just finished it quickly and left. The room was a ryokan. It’s big for one! The view is also pretty. In general, the grandmother was kind, but the grandfather was very kind. Hehe, if you go down even 1 minute later than the check-out time of 10 o'clock, your suitcase will not be taken care of, so you have to keep that in mind and go down early. You must enter the accommodation before 11 o'clock and leave your keys with you wherever you go!

The rooms are larger than typical Japanese lodgings and even have an atmospheric veranda. There was welcome tea and snacks, and I enjoyed them.You can use the hot springs privately by choosing a time, but since it is open air, it is a bit cold in winter to wash up and go in. I don't feel cold when I go into the hot spring.The man and lady who guided us were very friendly.The location is not too far from the station, and the street lights are brightly lit when you enter the main road at night.

The location wasn't exactly central, but it was nice that it was about a 5-minute walk away.Floral Village, Kinrinko Lake, etc. are all within a 15-minute walk along the road!The accommodation is really clean and the owner is friendly.The ryokan is also great haha.There was an elevator, yukatas were available for rent, and the terrace view was great haha.

I recommend it if you want to experience traditional Japanese tatami accommodation.I don't know who the owner is, but everyone is friendly and probably because there are a lot of Korean tourists, they speak a mixture of Korean, English, and Japanese, so we had no inconvenience! In particular, the atmosphere was so friendly and always brightly welcoming that I really enjoyed our short conversation!To be honest, it is not very clean and the open-air bath is large, but when I came around 6pm, I was able to choose a hot spring and fully enjoy the hot spring!^^Recommended if you are close to the hot springs and the station and don't speak Japanese!!!All the staff are very friendly haha.

Silent in December 17It was really good. I was nervous because the reviews said they didn't speak English, but they did speak English. The grandmother was kind, and most of all, I was grateful that the uncle tried to explain in English, even though he was not good at it. You are very cheerful.If you go straight from the station, you will see something similar to a gate leading to a shrine. If you take that road, you will be right there. There is a large supermarket next to the accommodation, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to get a meal there. There is a microwave and hot water on the first floor, so simple cooking is possible. Ramen, soba, etc.You can only enter the hot springs at certain times, about 40 minutes, and can be used both indoors and outdoors. For your information, going to an open-air bath alone at night can be a little scary.All hot springs close at 9:30 in the morning. If you want to do it in the morning, it's better to go early.The room had tatami mats and it was nice. It wasn't cold at all and there was a tea ceremony where you could drink tea. Even though it was the floor, the blanket was so soft that it didn't feel hard.Breakfast is available upon request, but since ingredients are ordered upon application, cancellation is difficult, especially for those living alone. It's still delicious though. It's reassuring.I think it's good because the price is not burdensome and you can use the hot springs as many times as you have free time.
