I used a room with a bathroom. Although the view from the room is not good, I am more than satisfied with the room settings, food, and hot water. This is an inn I would like to visit again.

It was a quiet and relaxing stay. The scent of wood is soothing. Perhaps because many of the rooms have open-air baths, the public baths are mostly reserved for private use, so you can relax and take your time. Also, the food was very good. It's really delicious and filling. We were provided with a private room so we could eat without any hesitation. Although the staff was young, their customer service was good. I wanted to go again. thank you

I arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled, but a staff member was waiting for me and guided me around with my luggage. There are stairs to the accommodation, so I was a little worried about my elderly mother's footing, but we arrived safely. It was a beautiful inn. Although the view from the window wasn't great, I was able to spend a relaxing time. The hot springs are not very large, but the water was just right and I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, there was no lotion in the changing room. (There is one in the room)The food came out one after another and I couldn't finish it all, so I had to take the rest of the cooked rice home with me as rice balls. Lots of breakfast too! It was a very nice stay.

I liked the retro atmosphere of Tsuetate Onsen, so I revisited it for the first time in a while. …
